I chose Rich because he was local and price competitive. Rich kept me upto date with progress at all stages. The laptop was reconfigured and is now available for my grandaugther. I would recommend Rich .

Great service, spent a good amount of time on first call covering options which it could be and what the remedial work would be. Offered the option to carry the work out myself.

Decided to let Richard do the job. Turned it around in 24 hours.
Although I haven’t had much time to spend giving the ps5 a workout over a decent amount of time, I’ve already noticed a different in the amount of heat it’s dispersing. Ps5 was overheating and turning off. I don’t know if the problem is completely solved however I would hesitate to take it back to Richard or give him a call.

Superb customer service and exceptional value. I called about an issue with my son’s PS5, Richard talked me through the likely causes, & an expected cost for each defect. I dropped the PS5 with Richard on Saturday, and it was repaired & ready to be collected by Monday afternoon. Definitely recommended & wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future.

Throughout the process Richard sends you photos and fully explains what he thinks it may be, everything was told to me up front before anything else happened! He only had my ps5 for 3/4 days and it was fixed like new
