I sent in my order over two months ago…

I sent in my order over two months ago received a card that the chip and magnetic strip did not wotk was told to resemd in another card i had to order another card from amex. I sent that card back to your team about four weeks ago and have not heard any updates. I have reached out several times.

It took over 2 weeks to get it back

It took over 2 weeks to get it back. I had to purchase different card since my selection was out of stock and therefore charged extra $40.

But at then end , the quality of the card that i received was poor and therefore charged extra secure code and part of name can barely be seen which makes the card look fake .

I sent a email with a picture of the card a week ago and did not hear back .

New Card doesn’t work.

Received card back after one month. Service communication was good during process. Issue was that once received back the card doesn’t work. Not just via tap but swiping and inserting all do not work. So card is useless. I’ve tried it at multiple vendors, in multiple readers, at varying times and it’s never worked. So will order new card from bank and throw this away. $200 down the drain.
