Scammer/Fraudsters.

Shipped my card to their address as instructed. Immediately swiped my card at a supermarket, cafe, mall in London. Was alerted by Amex about these transactions since they see my card being swiped in London and 2 min later in Canada.

Do not ship your card to these guys.

Had my card since July

I’ve looked into this and can see that the order you placed was a pre-order for our American Express Centurion card (Classic). However, there was a delay in the restock, which caused the pre-order to take longer to process.

Please note that our WhatsApp support channel has been discontinued for technical reasons. You should have received an auto-reply message explaining that WhatsApp is no longer available as a support channel.

According to the tracking information, the order has since been processed and received.

I did some digging and can see that we offered a replacement. However, since we were unable to provide a shipping label for the return as you requested, we went ahead and issued a full refund for the order instead.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Please note that our website states there is always a small chance of failure during the transplant process due to certain chips being more fragile.

We hope you may reconsider and try the process again at any time in the future.

I can see here on your order that we have not received a card from you to convert or a request to for self-transplant at home, hence why your order has not been processed.

The order confirmation email very clearly states that orders are only processed once we receive a card or a request via email to proceed with D.I.Y self-transplant (where we dispatch the personalised card with an empty chip slot directly to you to complete the transplant).

I can see here that we've tried to get in touch with you multiple times with no response in order to arrange a re-shipment therefore the team decided to go ahead and re-ship it anyways via DHL 1-2 business days free of charge.

I've investigated your complaint and I can see that a chargeback was opened on the order before we were able to receive your card and process it.

I see that you offered to re-pay the order once we received your card and the chargeback case showed up. However, as the support team has said: we can only accept a chargeback case closure confirmation from your bank rather than a re-payment on a new order as the chargeback has incurred a fee on our end.

Since we haven't received a response in a while regarding the chargeback case closure, we've gone ahead and disposed of the card safely.
