Black card doesn’t stay black very long.

The card looks good until you use it a few times. The area around the chip starts flaking and is silver underneath. Then shortly after the corners and edges flake away. For $200+, the longevity is disappointing.

They have had my card almost a month…

They have had my card almost a month with repeated requests for updates and have had no response since April 10th. I would say it was a big mistake !!! , They simple ignore you!!!!

I was skeptical about this company

I was skeptical about this company, but what the heck let’s do it anyways. I shipped out my card and paid. I followed the instructions exactly wrote it down correctly at the post office then the agent read it back to me. I have the tracking information that it was delivered to the exact address later that week. They can’t find my card. I want the service completed but if they can’t find it I will cancel the card and ask for a refund. Customer service only gets back about one or twice a week.

We're sorry to hear that you've had a poor experience. We done everything we can to try and locate your parcel, we checked with our office's reception desk and with our local post offices multiple times to find your pracel however it seems like it is confirmed to be lost.

We suggest contacting the shipping courier you used to request compensation. We've since cancelled your order and initiated a full refund for the order amount as per your request.

I'm impressed with how my new card…

I ordered the Black Card, which I later changed to a different design. The company modified the order, but somehow, there was some miscommunication because I didn't receive the cool-looking Rem Koolhaas card that I wanted. They stated that I could return the card and that they would replace it with the other design, but I didn't want to be inconvenienced again for another two weeks without my card. Overall, I'm impressed with how my new card looks and feels!! It's sure to turn heads when I make purchases! Thanks, Steel Skins!!

Apologies for the late response to your review! Our early version of the new hybrid (titanium + PVC) card did not have the signature inscription yet as we were still looking for a suitable printing firm to print the signature panel accurately for our American Express Centurion clone.

Everything is great a couple of…

Everything is great a couple of improvement as a suggestion
1, the engraving is a bit off the letters and numbers are to small and not bold enough
2. The signing strip is plain white it should have the faded logo of Amex

The card is really nice your customer service is excellent and your whole process is seamless
