Went to Stirling home at London Road…
Went to Stirling home at London Road Glasgow and the sales assistant was very helpful. Her Name is Marion Hanley. She was very attentive and nothing was any trouble. Only downside to my visit initially advise a delivery of mid November only to receive an e-mail advising that niw mid December for delivery. Still in all visit to store was excellent

We visited the Glasgow branch at London Rd. to check out bedroom furniture, member of staff Andrew was so patient friendly and extremely knowledgeable about our enquiry ,he took the time to explain everything, we therefore purchased some bedroom furniture , not realising how late it was, he also took the time to explain the range of beds available even though it was nearly closing time to enable us to make an informed decision. We have since purchased a new bed, meeting our needs due solely to him taking the time and care to meet our needs, a great credit to the store.

After purchasing dinning table and…
Disappointed ….After purchasing dinning table and chairs and cabinet in store I was stressing I bought the wrong style. I phoned customer services one week later and was told there was nothing that they could do. They passed me onto the store who were very rude and basically told tough and I couldn’t change it. I was told items had been made especially for me which is a lie. It was standard pieces of furniture. I have bought so much from
sterling over the years but will not be buying anything again. Just be sure you like what you pick as there is no going back!

Don’t like the way that some staff…
Don’t like the way that some staff follow you around the store. I understand that sales are important but some staff do appear quite pushy and that’s not welcoming.

Great purchase and lovely staff........We were looking for good drawers for a…
We were looking for good drawers for a bedroom and didn't want to pay a fortune. The ones we bought from Sterling was just what we were looking for.
They are nice to look at and a decent size, sturdy enough and as we got them in the sale it was a no brainer..
Very happy with the service from the staff member at Sterling, lots of choices to pick from too.
We will return for other pieces of furniture ..

Not of the quality I’d imagined from Sterling unfortunately
The suite I bought is not of the quality I’d expect for the amount of money I paid for it.
The lining at the bottom is of a plastic material that feels quite cheap, other suites I’ve had through the years has has a material lining.
The colour we chose is not the same as the sample that was sent out.
There was a flaw on the seating area,
I had to take a day off work for the upholsterer to come and fix it as they couldn’t give me a specific time until the day that was arranged!
Wouldn’t use Sterling again.
