run as fast as you can....money money money that's all they do is take yours!
5000.dollars later ....and nothing.
I just paid the IRS myself......

One of the worst nightmares ever. Poor communication. Lies half truths gas lighting. Vagueness approx answers -Actual narcissistic abuse of the client (me) vague as to what to really do and what the plan is. Staff. Is beyond wretched. And actually abusive. Constantly cut off and blames client for interrupting. One nice helpful lady was severely reprimanded for actually helping and was silenced. (Poor thing hope she changes jobs)

No accountability of where the $$ paid go to —-demand for 6200 $ extra on top of 22K paid since 2022. To just fax the final amt supposedly negotiated by them. To IRS —-

You never know if they actually negotiate or not with IRS

Constant requests for paperwork with no clear answers over time. You never know if they really negotiated or not —-
Extremely abusive reps. Lose documents all the time. Never gave the same answer
And blamed the client for all the issues delays etc. mixed misled explanations and actual lies and distortions of what I said over time and what they said. Very long gaps of no communication. Would never recommend this or wish my nightmare upon anyone else

The ultimate scam artists! They send out letters that sound threatening, give you a deadline date as though they were some taxing authority. I know what is going on but many people do not and they are terrified. This ought to be illegal. Maybe it is! Hmm, I think I'll check into that. Anyway, run from these people; they are deplorable.

They did nothing for me with the IRS .But made it worse for me ... ITS A SCAM...... I gave them 2000.00 GONE AND STILL OWE $$$$ TO THE IRS

SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT SCAM ALERT. They said they would stop the letters, they did. They stopped the letters so you don't see that they did nothing and now a 12k debt is 30K penalties and interest. THEY ARE NOT COMPETENT this is the reason why they are in California as cthat is the original scam state and protected by the governor!!!! DO NOT TRUST OR USE THEM COST ME 3600 dollars could have paid a competent accountant or attorney half or less. THIEVES !!!!!!!!!!

These people are like vultures. They literally call 30 times a day AFTER Ive requested numerous times to be removed from the call list. One of their service reps even told me to basically get over it. I would never do business with such a low life company and recommend against anyone else using them.

Do not trust them with you information. Very unsecure and running a scam.. BEWARE !!!!!!!

I was scammed by this company! They wanted me to pay $3,000 in full to get me in front of the line with the lawyers (getting you to pay in full tactic!). After waiting 8 months and following their instruction to stop paying the IRS, I now owe more in late fees and charges as well as what I paid them, only to put me on a payment plan which I was already on in the first place! They even make you believe that they are so legitimate by asking you about all your finances, pay stubs, utilities, 401k, all checking and savings accounts, etc... then telling you congratulations, you Qualify.
Worst customer service! Excuse after excuse! Dragging for so many months making you believe they are working on your account. They told me that in order for this to work was for me to come up with a story for the years 2016 and 2017 of some type of hardship so that the IRS court would grant me some type of leniency and this is how it would work to save me money and they called it an ABATEMENT. I call it a SCAM not only to me but to the IRS and these people need to be stopped! I feel sorry for the other people falling prey to this company!

I would like to say that this company is by far the best I have seen today. They are on there game. I would definitely recommend this company to my family or friends. Overall I am looking forward to continue with my account and have a great outcome in the end. Good job guys.

Took my money out of my bank without my permission

Just started a day ago. So far the communication has been great. I'll keep everyone posted. Thanks for yalls help. It has taken a load off of me.

Trustpilot was amazing at handling a Tax issue with the IRS that was 3 years old, and the amount I owed the IRS for that Tax year was over $3,000.00. When Trustpilot was done with the IRS, I did not owe the IRS. Trustpilot has a great team, they have a great website for tracking progress and amount owed, they have a great staff, and they were very helpful throughout the process.

TAX ISSUES ---- GO WITH TRUST PILOT !!!!!

My CHILD SUPPORT was just SEIZED by the CA FTB! and my IRA!!! This company WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS and just picked up the customer service phone and immediately HUNG UP without even saying hello or answering my calL! I have spent nearly $20,000 and have had to spend more and more to get them to do what I called them for initially and they STILL WON'T DO IT!!! One of the owners called me and SCREAMED at me over the phone because I made changes to their agreement. Another manager called me and screamed at me for more money last year and denied that they were hired to do what I was asking them to do; refusing to do it unless I paid them more money!!! Both times I paid them more and now they won't return my calls AND worse, MY ACCOUNTS HAVE BEEN FROZEN BY THE STATE OF CA!!! Do NOT hire this company!!!

I just cannot tell you how pleased I am with this company. Yes I am a real person with a real debt to the IRS. I had not filed my taxes since 1999. I owed $60,000. This company filed all my taxes. All I had to do was sign my name. It only took 5 months for the negotiation. Today Sept 12, I got the phone call. The IRS is deleting my debt. Unbelievable! Today is my 60th birthday. This is the best gift ever. All of the staff have always been kind and patient to me during this nerve wracking time. If you need help like I did these are the people you want working for you. Thank you Ava for calling me on my birthday!!
