Great customer service

You sent me a dirty used product an then refused my claim for a replacement.

Absolutely awful, I order a four passenger collapsible stroller, then I receive a two passenger stroller. Of course I need to return it. They charge me a 30% stocking fee because of their error. When I proceed to return the product, I can’t return it because the company has the website locked so again I have to reach out. Tell them to unlock the website because I received my item so I can kindly return it. And then I didn’t get a refund as I requested. They gave me a store credit for one. I will never order again from stroll Arena so why would I accept a gift card?

Delivery has been on delay product shows it’s been sent and it keeps being pushed everyday to next day

item shipped quickly, but was missing an accessory. the customer service rep, Ariel, was quick to respond and remedy and had the item sent directly from the manufacturer. she kept in touch throughout and was very friendly.

I ordered the item two weeks ago, but I still didn’t get the order

The customer service was wonderful. When I had made my purchase it the item was in stock but it must have become sold out right after. I reached out asking about the status of my order shipping and was given a quick response with a very helpful answer. I would highly recommend Strolleria!

I purchased this stroller because my daughter-in-law wanted one that was light-weight and one that would could be used as stroller and transition to a small bike as my granddaughter got older. The stroller has been a big hit! It is sturdy yet so light-weight!

We were on vacation and needed new car seats ASAP. I have ordered from Strolleria before so I knew they shipped fast. New car seats made it two days before our drive home.

The customer service is amazing. I was questioning why my item was taking so long to ship - it was because of the manufacturer. However, when I submitted the email, I received a response within 24 hours which is unheard of with online companies. They were so helpful!
