Fast shipping, found exactly what I wanted for the price I wanted. My third big purchase from this store

I reached out to customer service with a question and they got right back to me. You had the stroller in the color we wanted and I couldn't find it anywhere else.

Although it took more time to arrive than I would have liked, the little rocker is adorable and the gift was loved by the little one.

Took no accountability for an order being very delayed. I would have ordered from elsewhere if I knew it would take that long and my kids would have had their toy for Christmas .

I do not like the return policy. This was a gift and I have no need for a store credit. It would not ever be used.

The customer service team was so helpful on my journey! I had no idea where to start and they pointed me to some awesome blogs that narrowed down to a few top picks. Once I was between a few they were super quick to respond and explain the true differences. I finally placed an order on a Wednesday and it was at my doorstep by Friday that same week!!

I ordered a stroller for $130, they canceled it and said my card was flagged as fraud randomly. When I checked I saw the transaction pending/taken on my card and several days later checked my statement again and I got a refund form them. So I dont believe it was flagged as fraud. They said I can repurchase the stroller but when I looked they relisted the stroller up by $1,000. They must have listed it as a wrong price and lied about the fraud to cover their mistake. The whole scenario rubbed me wrong way. But luckily I was able to find the same stroller as an open box on goodbuybaby for over 75% off! Strolleria is ridiculous and not an honest company. I would not recommend them.

Shady marketing tactics to attract customers

Very simple: they lower the price of the products, so you purchase it, they cancel and offer a coupon. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.

We bought a travel system at a great price, we returned a previous one we bought from them because we don't need 2, then, they canceled our purchase alleging "pricing Error" and offered a coupon. net net, we had a loss because we returned our previous travel system trusting on those amateurs.
