Easy website to shop and good products. The only reason why I’m giving it a 4 star it’s because when they ask for your email at the beginning for a discount on first purchase, it’s deceiving. It looks like a spin wheel with different discounts but in reality all they will give you is free shipping. Most of the products already qualify for free shipping because of the price, so it’s just a trap to get your email for marketing.
Price Match - scam
Strolleria's website features a price match guarantee, but after emailing back and forth, they did not honor it. Very disappointing. Would have preferred to support this smaller business vs. a big box store, but can't justify when their customer service was poor and price match policy was disregarded.
No Follow through
I ordered an item that says it typically ships within 3 business days from the warehouse. Over a week had passed and nothing. I reached out and was told it would ship that week. It did not, nor did Strolleria communicate with me that it wouldn’t. I reached back out, was told they’d look into it. I didn’t hear back. I had to reach out three times. The communication was very poor. It took a month for my item to ship. I feel strolleria should have reached out to me to let me know of the delay, or at least follow through when I had emailed them.

Communication/Damaged Product
I attempted to cancel my order and sent an email right away. I did not get a response. I received the item (which was a helmet) and it was cracked and damaged. I filed a claim and sent pics, but I haven’t heard back from anyone yet. I would like a refund!
I trust Strolleria to have the best products
We bought the Uppababy Vista 2 with the mesa v2 car seat and bassinet from Strolleria back in 2021 for our youngest daughter's baby shower. The baby was born Jan 2022 and she used it and loved it so much. She still uses the stroller now and then. Our oldest daughter is about to be a mommy in 6 weeks or less so we came back to Strolleria. You all have the best deals that we've seen. We got the Cruz stroller and the Mesa v3 car seat for her. We'll reuse the other bassinet. I trust you all to have quality products with reasonable prices. Back in '21 we had to wait, which was understandable at the time, for about 4 weeks. The cargo ship crisis was going on but this time I ordered on Monday night, Feb 2 with no expectations because her shower was that Saturday, the 7th. We got it here on Thursday, February 5th!! We were overjoyed. Our 4 year old grandson put the wheels on the stroller. The one complaint is that the box for the stroller was terribly damaged and I was so scared something was missing or broken. No, not the case. Everything was so well packaged inside and in tact

Super fast shipping
Super fast shipping. Overall booster seat is just what I wanted. Low profile and matches car interior perfectly. Downside. The cupholder falls off every en counter . This is very, very upsetting to my granddaughter. I would recommend this product.

This is the second time I've ordered from Stolleria. Both times I ordered the Uppababy stroller, bassinet and car seat for my daughters, for each of their first babies. Shopping was fast and easy with free and fast shipping. The first time I ordered, I had an issue with the color that I ordered. Their customer service was great and they helped me resolve the issue. They were very helpful.

First of all, the price was unbelievable!!! Customer service was great and I cannot wait to use this stroller and bassinet. I will definitely be buying from this website again. I love Cybex products and I am happy to be getting it at such an amazing prince. I’m hooked.

Update: After reaching out to Strolleria's customer service about the lost order, they are now sending me a replacement order. My experience with Kyleyn at Strolleria was great and I've changed my rating accordingly
My order is now five days late, probably due to winter weather, but I haven't had Strolleria reach out about the delay, acknowledge the delay, or tell me when they expect my package will now be delivered.

Maybe get the swaddle at birth
I have a 10week old baby. I tried the swaddle to help with keeping baby’s hands from wander during sleeping. The swaddle was not very helpful.
