I want to say that we had a very smooth journey from Wokingham, UK to Travemunde, Germany with Super Pet Travel. Our driver Mohammed was excellent driver, very attentive, caring and calm person. It was a horrible weather, raining all our way from the UK to Germany, but we were not noticing that much because our taxi was driving like a big excellent ship without any problems of the road. We also have a dog and Mohammed was very attentive to her needs as well. Thank you very much for being with us, for driving us. Hope to see you soon, Mohammed, and to use your taxi service. Mo was incredible in all aspects. Really helpful to sort document issues out, and extremely efficient and professional. This is the third time that I hire their service and will be always choosing them for my travels. He was extremely kind with the pets, giving them water and treats for the trip. On our long journey some of our trains got cancelled and Mo was there to the rescue every time, going above and beyond to pick us up in unexpected locations... A lifesaver! Mo picked us up in Calais with my wife and dog to go to Folkestone - super friendly and professional, communicated clearly when there were delays at the Eurotunnel. Large comfy clean van.
Also I called around different companies who do the Calais/folkestone route with pets and his quote was the best price - would recommend and use again!

The service was excellent throughout. Airport pickup was easy and swift to the van. The transport was comfortable and plenty of space in addition to 3 dogs in crates and my luggage. Lovely driver, Mo, helped with dealing with border control too. I went Amsterdam to Folkestone. Highly recommend!

A worm thanks to Mo! My experience was excellent. After travelling from Spain to Paris, Mo made my journey very enjoyable. He was friendly, professional and respectful. He made the journey so smooth , he was very helpful all the way from enquiry to booking. When I arrived in Paris, Mo was patiently waiting for me. In Calais, he helped me to complete the paperwork in pet reception. After a few hours, I arrived to my destination safely on time. Highly recommended!

Excellent service provided by Mohammed, I was very apprehensive about travelling from Paris to the UK with my two pet cats, but was quickly reassured by Mo. He was very accommodating as our trip was on short notice and even arranged a large comfortable carrier for them for the ride. Our driver Tariq was excellent and very informed about the whole process of pet immigration at Calais, and provided us with a very comfortable drive home. I would 100% recommend this service, and would definitely use again! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Mo is a great driver and made the whole experience in crossing the Channel Tunnel seamless. Picked ip from Hotel and took to the train station. Friendly and nice guy. Comfortable transport and great that he allows pets. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending this driver for pet travel. Would definitely use again.

Super pet travel was fantastic on assisting our needs as part of our family’s plan to get are 5 cats home they provided updates and pictures on are 5 cats that we transported from Indonesia to the uk they collected them from France pretty much the same time they landed which was 21:30pm and drove them to England they arrived about 4/5hours at our door in Milton Keynes “ after landing in France which is very satisfying as any addition journey time would not be appreciated by our 5 kitty’s and was happy to arrive at their home As soon as possible. Both drivers that cared/transported are cats was very respectful and kind people and both kept us updated and provided estimate times (and they delivered on them times ) I would definitely use this company and Recommend them to others that require any kind of pet transport nationally or internationally and would like to thank them for there help in what was a stressful long process ! Out of all the obstacles of getting our cats to the uk Super pets travel was definitely the easiest part and only thing that was straight forward in the entire process

Using Mo for second time for transfer Pet from Paris to London, very good and highly reccomended

Amazing service by Mo. He picked us from Paris and dropped us at our hotel in London. He even helped us out when we faced a problem in the immigration control in Calais. Recommended service by everyone who wants to travel to the UK with their pets!

Mo was excellent - kind and very flexible with organisation. Helped us catch a train we nearly missed too! 100% would recommend for crossing the channel with your pet :-)
