Ensured delivery happened!
I wasn’t home and the driver went out of their way to ensure the parcel was left securely by the front door (behind a secure door to the building).

He was 15 min late and he brought wrong order. He came with some laundry rather than the paint.
He was parked 3 min away from the address and I had to go with him to his car that wasn’t the same car as mentioned on the tracker. He gave me the paint and I had to carry it alone, back to the address. He didn’t offer to help, despite the order being quite heavy to carry it alone.
