Utter Charlatans!

Why are Amazon allowing these charlatans to bring their good name into disrepute? Swiship said they had delivered my package to me on their tracking detail. ONE BIG LIE! my property has cameras, not only myself but my security alarm company can view the footage 24/7 anytime they need to. On the day and time, they said they had delivered my package no one came anywhere near my front door. I was in all day long so they needn't say they delivered to a neighbour either. Too many reviews on here say the same thing, they had been notified of a delivery that never happened. And also notice the company don't even have the guts to send a reply. If someone from Swiship reads this, I make no apologise.

Item said delivered when not - this courier hasn’t given proof of delivery in this case and claim they have delivered. Amazon needs to investigate.

Parcel was not delivered but marked as delivered

I have never had such a horrible experience with parcel delivery. I see now that other people have a similar issue as I have so it is a normal business model for this courier company. The fact that they do not even respond to negative reviews here speaks also for itself- they know about the delivery issues and do not care at all. It makes me think that someone from the delivery company steals the parcels and marks them as delivered in the system with no proof of delivery recorded at all, and then simply takes no responsibility.
I bought a product that was supposed to be delivered by Swiship (Amazon logistics was written as a courier on the tracking website swiship.co.uk). On the day of promised delivery I was home, and no one tried to deliver me a package, then a tracking page was updated that the parcel was delivered to reception.
After checking at the concierge reception office, no parcel was found and the CCTV footage showed no delivery was made at the specified time. No proof of delivery such as a name, signature, or photo was provided by the courier, and no emails from the courier notifying about the delivery. I did not find any contact phone or a form anywhere on a tracking page or in google that I could use to raise a complaint, how convenient it is for the delivery courier, which means they do not solve any issues with their service. I called to Amazon customer service to ask if I can get any contact phone for Amazon logistics which was mentioned on the tracking page, and was informed that they could not help me and that I need to deal directly with the seller on the issue.
It was a seller I bought from who chose to use the company as the courier, and the seller did not update me after 5 days since I informed them of the failed delivery. I would never choose this courier if I had a choice and I would never buy any more from a seller that uses such an unreliable courier. I paid over 150 pounds and did not get the product or my money back.

'Customer refused a delivery!'

'Customer refused a delivery!'- två gånger! De skickade dyr klockan som jag betalade tillbaka, kontaktade mig aldrig, skickade inte mail, ringde eller SMS- ade. Jag har aldrig upplevt något likadant.

Unreliable and impossible

They 'attempted delivery' twice and damaged my package, it was sent back but I did not even receive a call that someone was trying to deliver. Next time, I offered solutions to retrieve my package, but he said "no" and then hung up. How polite...

first involvement, and last...

This is my first involvement with "swiship" I sincerely hope its the last! They were given my purchase 4 days ago, still not here? Could have delivered it by foot quicker, the product was from "Anker" Soundcore, great company, but they should never use "Swiship" again

I was badly mistaken...

I recently posted a review saying that this company did not deliver a package...the email notification simply said, 'delivered to a neighbor'. no address or name...
In the past my neighbors promptly brought whatever might have been my package delivered to them...but this time this was not the case and my neighbor just brought the package by, 5 days after the delivery...i sinCEREly apologize for doubting this delivery company and please ignore my 1 star, previous, rating...
