Said the parcel had been delivered but never had, In working on drive all day so no way we could have missed them, no one to contact and long winded to get answers from Amazon regarding it, very poor

No contact details

My package is still showing as out for delivery as from 7 June when I enter my tracking number. There is no phone number for Swiship and seems to be no way of contacting this courier company. Do not use!

absolutely terrible delivery company, full of lies...

On 25th May 2023, i was supposed to receive delivery of Eufy Video Door Bell costing £149, directly purchased from EUFY UK. I came to know that the delivery will be made by swship.co.uk as displayed in delivery status. First, it displayed delivery time around evening that day. then it updated saying the delivery would be NEXT DAY (on 26th May). Ok fine with me . The browser was open in my mobile and suddenly I saw a note "Package Delivered". Shocked! I tried to see its customer svc to call but in vain! then i emailed to EUFY directly and EUFY replied to wait for a week to see if I could receive.

On 5th June, EUFY followed up with me kindly asking if i received or not. No I had not received. It then messaged confirming a replacement has been sent. Swiship sent me a link for delivery. It was supposed to deliver on 7th June afternoon. when i checked status at 3pm, it said "package delivered 2.44pm. i was home with my guests and it was a total lie of delivery! I complained and emailed to EUFY immediately. It is now checking with this lying delivery company! I would suggest anyone to make sure your delivery company is not this one at least!!!

Absolutely shocking company

Absolutely shocking company, seen on my doorbell it was tried to be delivered. Watched the delivered guy on the camera walk away up the road with the package then I received a message saying package was delivered with neighbour. They haven't sent a picture to prove this and they haven't sent the neighbours details so I've no idea what neighbour has this. Also no calling card. So that Is me without my package and out of pocket. Joke of a company.

Terrible delivery company

Terrible delivery company. No contact details to speak to anyone, says item was delivered when I wasn't as was home all day! Shocking company should just close down their company as so many reviews saying same thing. No photo, not with neighbour not in a safe place. Any company who
uses this company I will refuse to buy from them. Shocking service when item Says delivered but god knows where it as it can't be found anywhere and doesn't even leave a note.

Useless website, inexistent customer service

I would like to share the difficulties I encountered in attempting to reach customer service of swiship. Despite numerous attempts to find contact information on the website, there was no visible phone number, email address, or any other means of communication provided. This lack of accessibility is highly concerning and raises questions about the transparency and accountability of your company.
I guess is a good policy to avoid customers complaints

My parcel hasn't arrived

My parcel hasn't arrived, although updates say it has I cannot reach any customer service by phone or email, everything asks for a tracking number when I put it in it doesn't recognise it, SHOCKING!!!

Very poor customer experience

Very poor customer experience. Status updated as shipment delivered but nowhere able to track the package. No place to contact the customer service too. I would recommend to stay away from this non-trackable service providers.

Poor

Poor. No way to get hold of them. No communications. Tracking says parcel delivered but nothing. No proof of delivery, no picture no delivered to neighbour. No way to get hold of them and no phone number. I will not order form any company using these people again.

This is ridiculous!!!

This is ridiculous!!!! Why is this company still open??? My delivery says it’s been delivered to my neighbour (by the way doesn’t specify which one, no picture and no note through the door left) I’ve been walking around asking all my neighbours and none of them have it! Liars! And this parcel was soooo important to me and my family. It wasn’t cheap. And it’s too late to order a new one….. honestly soo upset.

Stop using this service

I wasn't sent any information from Swiship that my package had been picked up from the sender or delivered. I had to ask the Sender for tracking information. The Swiship link provided says "Item Delivered" but it wasn't. There is no proof of delivery, no photo or anything. No way to contact them. Terrible.

Utter Charlatans!

Why are Amazon allowing these charlatans to bring their good name into disrepute? Swiship said they had delivered my package to me on their tracking detail. ONE BIG LIE! my property has cameras, not only myself but my security alarm company can view the footage 24/7 anytime they need to. On the day and time, they said they had delivered my package no one came anywhere near my front door. I was in all day long so they needn't say they delivered to a neighbour either. Too many reviews on here say the same thing, they had been notified of a delivery that never happened. And also notice the company don't even have the guts to send a reply. If someone from Swiship reads this, I make no apologise.

Item said delivered when not - this courier hasn’t given proof of delivery in this case and claim they have delivered. Amazon needs to investigate.

Parcel was not delivered but marked as delivered

I have never had such a horrible experience with parcel delivery. I see now that other people have a similar issue as I have so it is a normal business model for this courier company. The fact that they do not even respond to negative reviews here speaks also for itself- they know about the delivery issues and do not care at all. It makes me think that someone from the delivery company steals the parcels and marks them as delivered in the system with no proof of delivery recorded at all, and then simply takes no responsibility.
I bought a product that was supposed to be delivered by Swiship (Amazon logistics was written as a courier on the tracking website swiship.co.uk). On the day of promised delivery I was home, and no one tried to deliver me a package, then a tracking page was updated that the parcel was delivered to reception.
After checking at the concierge reception office, no parcel was found and the CCTV footage showed no delivery was made at the specified time. No proof of delivery such as a name, signature, or photo was provided by the courier, and no emails from the courier notifying about the delivery. I did not find any contact phone or a form anywhere on a tracking page or in google that I could use to raise a complaint, how convenient it is for the delivery courier, which means they do not solve any issues with their service. I called to Amazon customer service to ask if I can get any contact phone for Amazon logistics which was mentioned on the tracking page, and was informed that they could not help me and that I need to deal directly with the seller on the issue.
It was a seller I bought from who chose to use the company as the courier, and the seller did not update me after 5 days since I informed them of the failed delivery. I would never choose this courier if I had a choice and I would never buy any more from a seller that uses such an unreliable courier. I paid over 150 pounds and did not get the product or my money back.
