I received my equipment very quickly, the setting up booklet was easy to follow and when I contacted Taking Care to complete my installation and check everything was working the gentleman I spoke to was very knowledgeable helpful and explained things clearly

We are only a week in for Mum and Patrick having the watches … early days on how it will work with them , as Mum has dementia! but the process was very easy to set up and so far the CS have been great , very friendly and helpful every time I have called

After receiving the pack I set up and connected all the components. I then rang the company to make sure all was working OK. I was asked to press my emergency button. Then spoke to a very nice lady and she told me everything was working as it should.

Very easy to follow all the discussion with the initial explanations of the service. All good explanations of setting up the system.

The first delivery never arrived. Setting up proved very trying. Phone calls not answered for at least 15 minutes. In the end your unit could not pick up a strong enough signal for gps. Advised the only alternative you could offer was an analogue kit which won’t work on a digital phone. Not a happy experience.

Good but took ages to get to speak customer services could you please tell evri who deliverd watch without prier notification and just left by my front door on view to every one

We set up the "taking care" alarm today for my mother, and tested it throughout her house and large garden and it worked everywhere, and then at the end had a reassuring call with one of the support staff. It couldn't have been easier to set up. I feel a lot safer now everything is set up.

Absolutely faultless from start to installation. Excellent.

The after service is appolling, giving the assurance that there would be help to set-up the watch after 2 phone calls and 7 days I have not received any assistance to set it up . I will be returning the watch at the end of the week if it isn't resolved.

Although there was some difficulty in setting up my alarm due to a problem with the SIM card, everyone was helpful and it was soon sorted
