Really easy account to use and I love that my money is held in physical gold. The app is simple, the card works like normal and the whole thing feels much more transparent. Really happy so far!

Fantastic flexible way to invest

Fantastic flexible way to invest, save and if necessary spend your gold. Easy set up and access. Would be even better if Tally begin to offer silver and platinum as well :)

Definitely recommended.

Bad form from TallyMoney

Ok, so the 200 tally for referring a friend is a scam! It’s been 18 days now and after 14 days you are meant to get your tally. I’ve emailed you and no response, just silence. No to see if there is anything I can do about this legally. Bad form from TallyMoney you have lost our trust over here.

Referral rewards are issued automatically once all referral conditions are met and the code has been applied correctly at sign-up. Based on what you’ve described, this doesn’t sound as expected, so we’d really like to look into it.

For privacy reasons, we’re unable to discuss the details of a new customer’s account with anyone other than the person who signed up. That said, we’re very happy to investigate if either you contact us again at support@tallymoney.com, or if the friend you referred gets in touch with us directly.

Password Issue

Wow... Is what it says it is.

Wow, I thought this would be painful! But it seems (for now) to be painless. I deposited a tiny amount and made gains within hours. I am waiting for an insurance payout... I am definitely going to put it in the Talley account and not the bank!

BUT... I am completely new to gold, online bank account like this and investments, so maybe im missing something, but so far so good. I told maybe 6 people about it already. after only 2 days.

only worry is they dont go bankrupt or something like that. we will see.

What you can see is the value of your tally (each tally equals 1 milligram of gold) go up or down depending on the global gold price – just like any real-world asset. So while you’re not “losing £100” per se, you are exposed to the natural market movements of gold, which tends to hold its value better than government-issued money over time. 💸

Very easy to set up an account via the app

Very easy to set up an account via the app & had no issues whatsoever.After spending 15 minutes or so navigating my way through my account details etc,I found it to be very user friendly.A no brainer in my opinion to store & access my money this way & whilst I'm completely aware of gold price fluctuations (up & down),i'd rather that than 'indirectly' allowing a bank to use my money for their benefits with minimal reward to me in the form of interest.

I locked myself out of my account. I had a customer service agent named Bianca helping me get back into my account. I cannot fault her in anyway. She was excellent at her job and very patient.

Quality Professional Help I made contact with Tally Money as I…

I made contact with Tally Money as I was unable to access my account even though I had previously had biometric access. A physical phone call was arranged and their representative was extremely helpful and guided me through the process successfully.

Very efficient customer service

These guys are very very security conscious and I recently got locked out. To ensure I was the correct person they called me on my uk mobile. The contact was efficient and pleasant and they had me back and running in a few minutes. This is a nice and welcome change to customer services. TallyMoney comes fully recommended.

All they did was take money out of my account as the price of gold slipped back down again also charged me a fee every monthavoid unless you like giving money away

"Give us your biometrics"

I was really keen on the gold-backed financial model that Tally is pioneering. However, I did have a lot of problems accessing my account through the web browser and getting staff to clarify what the problem might be. I don't have problems with any other financial service provider. I expected Tally would be attuned to privacy concerns but am now told "get a smart phone and give us your biometrics or we'll close your account" which doesn't exactly scream "freedom" or "privacy". So Tally is no-go for me.

Hi Alex, thanks for sharing your experience – we’re genuinely sorry to hear it didn’t meet your expectations, especially as you were keen on Tally’s model from the start.

To clarify: you do not need to use biometrics (like fingerprint or facial recognition) to access your TallyMoney Account. You can always log in using your email and password. Biometrics are simply the easiest and most secure option on mobile – and crucially, any biometric data stays on your device, not with TallyMoney.

We understand the importance of privacy. That’s why we’ve built the TallyMoney platform to prioritise security without holding any of your biometric data ourselves.

To access your account, you do need a mobile device that supports the latest version of the TallyMoney App. This is because the app is required for initial security verification and for approving access to the web portal – similar to how other secure financial services protect user accounts.

We’d be happy to support you in setting this up if you’d like to give it another go – and we do take all feedback seriously as we continue to improve our service and communication.

I am so pleased I am now one of Tally…

I am so pleased I am now one of Tally money’s customers it is such a fantastic idea ! I love watching as the % rate increases and decreases but obviously it’s great when you see you have made £100 for doing nothing that is just an example but I love the idea I have changed my pounds into gold bullion and every time I use my tally card I’m purchasing things with gold bullion and not £ notes I love it. I will definitely use tally from here onwards for most of my private spending away from the control of our government and the Bank of England. It’s BRILLIANT ! I recommend a Talky account to everyone ! And I really mean that it’s a fantastic idea which works brilliantly. Thank you tally. Highly recommended.

Priyanka was great in her customer service and the app and service have come on leaps and bounds since the start of Tally Money. All round good experience and customer responsiveness excellent and helpful.

Gold-Powered Finance Done Right

The app is sleek, intuitive, and makes managing money effortless, while the ability to hold and spend gold instead of traditional currency feels both innovative and secure. I appreciate the transparency, instant transactions, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing my savings are protected from inflation. Although rarely some small technical hiccups, the customer support has also been excellent, always quick to respond and genuinely helpful !

I had forgotten my memorable data following an update to the APP. Tally support were extremely helpful siding me to recover my access, especially as I was unwell and very slow.
