Bought the Tandoori Master 15 last month and have used it a few times now. Great product and you get restaurant quality tandoori/Tikka. The customer service was also prompt and very helpful and sorted out some delivery issues I had. Great Product, would recommend.

Great service. This is my first tandoor and after collecting and having a chat with the seller I felt confident that I would be able to set up and condition it. Can't fault the seller at all... he was happy for me to contact him for further assistance if needed (I haven't needed to...yet!).

I'm absolutely delighted with my tandoor from Tandoor Master! It's beautifully made, solid, and bakes perfectly every time. The customer service was outstanding — they responded quickly to all my questions and were incredibly helpful throughout. A truly fantastic experience and a beautiful piece of craftsmanship!

tandoor is very small, it's totally different than shown in pictures. A big scam. I paid 27£4 for tandoor 48£ delivery and even after that UPS took 30£ for texes

Never used a tandoor before but after advice from the customers service managed to get the tandoor fired up, of course I’m still making errors but the tandoor gives you tasty chargrilled food.
Excellent after sales care, they even called me to make sure I’m doing everything correctly.

I did my first cook yesterday. Some chicken tikka tandoori from the recipe on the tandoori master site. It was fab and I’m looking forward to experimenting even more!

Thanks for your help Daz. Just bought a lovely tandoor oven (tandoor 16) from tandoor Masters. Can't thank Daz enough. The oven is a perfect size for a family of 4 and some friends. It looks amazing. Daz allowed us to visit and view the oven before buying. He gave us great advice on setting it for 1st time and how to look after it. He was so friendly and knowledgeable.
Would highly recommend anyone thinking of purchasing a tandoor o en to get one from tandoor master. You won't be disappointed.
