Fantastic Customer Service
I got 2 of my sons new Techless phones for Christmas and had to call Customer Service to get them set up. I spoke with Yolani and she was fantastic. Walked me through the whole process, was friendly and knowledgeable, and even called me back right away when the call dropped mid setup. Highly recommend this company, was such a pleasant customer service experience.

New to Techless and the Wisephone! It was a little intimidating to start the process of going from an almost lifelong iPhone user to the Wisephone. Fortunately the team at Techless and specifically Yolani were so helpful and made the process so simple and made me feel reassured I have made the right choice!

I had an excellent experience with Techless thanks to Tina. She helped me with the Wisephone II activation and setup for my boss’s son’s first phone, and she was absolutely wonderful throughout the process. She was patient, clear, and incredibly thoughtful, making sure everything was set up correctly and in a way that felt age appropriate and stress free. She truly went above and beyond, and it made such a difference. Customer service like this is rare. Techless you are lucky to have Tina!
YOU ARE UNABLE TO GET ANY APP THAT ARENT PREINSTALLED LIKE ANY EMAIL APPS AND OTHER ESSENTIALS
The "Request a Tool" (feature that should let you get certain apps approved) has been in "beta" for months now. I was under the impression if i got this phone i would be able to have essential apps if i really needed them by putting a ticket in through the tool drawer. At least that how its supposed to work but there have been no updates at all about when this feature may be available. I tried sending in an email to support and they just said i have to submit a ticket through the 'request a tool" feature smh... Seeing as its a pretty small company i doubt any work is being done of the this feature and they probably just forget about it. Meanwhile here i am without access to emails, paying for the phone's mandatory monthly subscription.

I forgot to enter a promo code, but Anthony went above and beyond to apply the promo code to an order I had just placed, saving us money and helping things go smoothly.

Tina was very helpful. I called two days in a row being that I have 3 of the devices and she helped me get everything I needed set up!

teenager first phone
i purchased a wisephone as a first phone for our teenager and i ran into an issue which zazi helped me figure out quickly. he helped me complete the set up and was so friendly and patient the whole time! we have tried several solutions to start our teen into the journey of technology and we finally found the right answer!

Yolani M. from the Techless support team provided excellent service to me while my phone number was ported to my Wise Phone. Due to some constraints, the process could not be done automatically. Yolani kept me informed, ensured all my questions were answered, and checked to make sure the port worked.

Get help and your new phone will be a dream
The set up of the phone DEFINITELY requires customer service help -- just call them -- don't be shy.
Tina made the experience easy and walked me through everything. She spent 45 minutes with me! I tried to set up on my own and made a lot of mistakes - but the customer service over the phone was easy and clear - and I am so excited to use my new phone now... don't do it on your own!

The outstanding support from Anthony
Anthony was fantastic. I talked to him through Wisephone’s text support, and he helped me out the whole way. He was quick to respond, clear with his instructions, and actually made sure the issue got fixed instead of just rushing me. Easily one of the best support experiences I’ve had. If you get Anthony, you’re in good hands.

Customer Support was AWESOME. Thank you especially to Zazi for helping me through email and then even walking me through the steps over the phone. The wait time was less than 5 minutes, and the process to help me was maybe 10. He was so kind and helpful. If I have any further issues, I will be calling my new friend! Thank you so much!

Love the Wisephone
Love the Wisephone. My youngest son has it and of I had a redo I would only allow all my children to have it. It provides for needs without stealing life by being addicted to apps.
I had an issue with billing but it was addressed.
My only constructive criticism is to get weekend and/or evening hours.
