Life Insurance with health conditions
I could not recommend them enough. I had almost given up hope after struggling to get life insurance with other brokers due to health complications. Megan was very easy to talk to, explained things clearly and I'm very happy with the insurance she found for me. I have had an excellent experience dealing with Sam Cox at The Insurance Surgery. From the very first day of my interaction with him, Sam has always been extremely prompt, professional and genuinely eager to help.
What has impressed me the most is his responsiveness. The turnaround time for all of my queries so far has consistently been less than 24 hours, which has made the whole process much easier and stress-free.
Sam helped my wife arrange a couple of term insurance policies that were well suited to her needs. He also helped me secure a term insurance policy that met my requirements, despite my circumstances being more complicated due to my medical history. He was patient, knowledgeable and took the time to understand our individual requirements before finding suitable options.
I really appreciate Sam's dedication, clear communication and willingness to go the extra mile. His support has given us a great deal of confidence throughout the entire process.

Amazing staff and super helpful
Great help! Really struggled to sort out life insurance for me and my partner since we both fall just outside the bmi requirements for most insurance companies! After struggling with other brokers due…
After struggling with other brokers due to health issues, I found the insurance surgery who have been great. Neil dealt with my case and although it took a little while to get there (due to waiting for test results, no fault of TIS) we finally got there. I had a few personal issues throughout the process and Neil was empathetic and at no point did I feel rushed or pressured. He is a great asset to the team

Had a really positive experience accessing what myself and my Husband needed in terms of Life policies. Steven Lewis is a Legend.
Oh my goodness - Cannot recommend enough, with a particular HUMONGOUS thank you to Steven Lewis.
I was essentially uninsurable due to all my health conditions which was very frightening as I own my own home and have a baby on the way so have been desperate for some sort of cover for over 2-3 years now.
Steven and I have been on this journey together, I cannot praise his hard work and dedication to ensuring I got the cover I needed, even though we did have to wait for further tests and results over a year or so.
We got there in the end and he was easy to get hold of, would always check in if any updates or changes whilst we waited for time to pass and today is the day I finally managed to be insured.
I feel really relaxed and like a massive weight has been lifted off my shoulders.
Amazing team, amazing company.

Great experience from start to finish

Excellent service especially with pre-existing medical conditions
Due to pre-existing medical conditions finding medical insurance online was proving difficult- Neil has taken stress out of this and found insurance at an affordable cost for us. Communication and follow up has been excellent and reassuring throughout the process, we now have peace of mind that insurance is in place.
