Absolute nightmare from start to finish. I have been with AA Insurance for a while, but the moment I actually needed to make a claim, everything fell apart. Their customer service is virtually nonexistent. You will spend hours on hold listening to terrible music, only to be passed around from person to person, with absolutely nobody taking responsibility.
Every time I called, I was given completely conflicting information. They drag out the entire process for weeks on end, making excuse after excuse just to avoid paying out. They are quick enough to take your premium money out of your account every single month, but when it is their turn to deliver on their end of the deal, they go completely radio silent.
To top it all off, my renewal quote came back with a massive price hike despite me having a clean driving record and zero fault. It is completely predatory. Save yourself the stress, the endless phone calls, and the wasted money. Avoid this absolute joke of a company at all costs and find an insurer that actually cares about its customers. Zero stars.

Easy to use with good options

Since moving house two miles away into a new development dial direct doubled the premium, on shopping around the AA did the best priced deal for renewal. Im hoping that next year the price will reduce as the area will have been more established for insurance purposes
