Since moving house two miles away into a new development dial direct doubled the premium, on shopping around the AA did the best priced deal for renewal. Im hoping that next year the price will reduce as the area will have been more established for insurance purposes

Simple and cost effective
AA was 2nd top of the gocompare comparison, their policy offered wider cover with addition options built in. Plus fleibility to add others if inclined. The online process between gocompare and AA was seemless and the explanations of cover simple and easy to follow.

App won’t allow breakdown and insurance together
Not had chance to test the insurance yet but the AA system didn’t allow me to add my insurance to the app where my breakdown recovery details are held. Really bad design. Spoke with customer services who confirmed it isn’t possible. So now if I’m in a traffic incident, I have to report the breakdown, log out of the AA app, log back into the AA app with a different email address and report the incident. Crazy.
