The Artificial Grass Company Nationwide Opiniones

1st class service, advice and delivery. excellent value for money QUALITY product.

This is real feedback for great quality and amazing service and value for money

Easy to order, only small negative is the email for delivery had gone to my spam email and i didnt realise it was coming thar day,but exceptional delivery guy, the property rear garden is awkward to get round too, the guy realised I was on my own and offered to help carry, I said thanks but no thanks. He insisted he had a few minutes and helped anyway, absolutely brilliant help. What a star!

Artificial grass was exactly as described, looks and feels natural. Ordered the grass on the weekend and it was delivered within 4 working days. Will definitely recommend this product and The Artificial Grass Company

Thank you for the samples.

This is the 2nd lot of grass have had from this company. Yet again great service and for the type I ordered for my son was the cheapest around. The delivery guys delivered into their garden and were polite. Top service, many thanks 😊

Great service quick delivery couldn't be happier

Requested a sample kit and came promptly and the samples look great will be ordering soon, thanks

Brilliant service from start to finish. Ordered my artificial grass in the morning @ delivered to north Wales in the afternoon.Amazing… fitted and y business. Well done to the whole team .

Good communication, delivery in good time and a quality artificial grass. Many thanks 👍

Fantastic service from the very first call. They advised me what to do before purchasing the grass to prepare my garden. Ordered a variety of samples before deciding to go for the Birch 37mm grass and it has completly changed the look of my garden, love it.

Highly recommend this company

Very good customer service.
I, personally will buy again from them.
Thank you!

Delivery was within 5 Working days.

The delivery driver helped me get it around the back of the property and was very helpful!

The product is fantastic and the kids and dogs love it.

Highly reccommend!

Great communication as always. Will always order from here.

Thank you ❤️ driver been very kind, thank you so much

The ordering process was easy and we were very happy with how well informed we were with regards to shipment etc. But we were not particularly please with how this was delivered. We received a phonecall at 9pm to advise us that our delivery was coming midnight! And then when we asked for it to be early the next morning, the driver stated he didn't want to do this as this was his last delivery. I appreciate that but when you have young children and full time jobs you really could do without having to move a roll of AstroTurf from the front garden at 1am. Especially as I do not know where we would have stood, had this delivery been robbed from outside our house. Thankfully we have a driveway as part of our street are terraced houses with no front gardens or off road parking.

I think the tracking capability is lacking. It would not show me anything other than 'out for delivery' in the 7th day it should have been delivered. But it does not show real time tracking or time of arrival

As a landscaper looking for new outlet for artificial grass wasn’t expecting just some scraggy bits of off cut how are you supposed to show customers the quality

The grass is amazing looks so lovely very happy with it
