Thanks so much for your review - we’re really glad to hear the cheese was enjoyed and we truly appreciate the 4 stars!

I’m very sorry for the confusion around the delivery timing. All orders placed on our site are scheduled for delivery using our date picker at checkout, and on this occasion we can see that 9th April was selected. This is why there was a gap between ordering on 1st April and delivery.

Our boxes are only ever in transit for under 48 hours to ensure everything arrives in the best possible condition.

That said, I’m really sorry that your delivery arrived a day later than expected - we completely understand the impact that can have, especially when it's for a special gift.

If anything ever looks unclear, please don’t hesitate to reach out - we’re always happy to help and make sure everything lines up exactly as you need. You can reach us at hello@thecheesegeek.com.
