Dealt with Louise Cannatella when acting for the buyer of a property. Sent the Notice of Transfer on the day of completion and received the receipted notice within two hours. By far the quickest transaction ever when dealing with a notice. The transaction was straightforward and a breeze to deal with.

Property Management
I have only ever experienced an extremely good service from The Fountayne Group in terms of property management. Kathy and Ceyda who are now responsible for the management of the estate combining 24 flats have been outstanding. Their customer service and attention to detail is exemplary. They are polite, courteous and always reply promptly to any form of communication. They are very trustworthy and I feel they have the interests of the Leaseholder at the forefront of everything they do, whilst still respecting the needs of the Freeholder. Any concerns are dealt with professionally and promptly. We have experienced many managing agents over the last 20 years and I can say without reservation the work of the property managers past and present has been of the highest quality.

Totally unresponsive
In the last few months Fountayne have become completely unresponsive. They never answer the phone, don’t reply to answer phone messages and ignore all emails.
Services listed under our service charge are not performed (cleaning of communal areas, gutter clearing, window cleaning) but charged for anyway.
The only thing this company can guarantee you is accounting errors.
Disappointing and unsafe!!
As a resident of Swilley Gardens, this has caused nothing but problem after problem. After changing their name from Fountayne Managing LTD which seems to have been liquidated, nothing has improved. The only decent employees Marcus and Chloe no longer seem to be working with us and as residents we are left with broken fire doors that do not close, and intercom system that does not work and little to no response after multiple emails.
We have always paid our services charges but get very little back in the way of decent customer service or maintenance.
Charlatans
Charlatans. They are a rebrand from the Fountayne Management, expelled from the Property Redress Scheme and the new brand, The Fountayne Group has their license suspended at the moment. They MO is to send incorrect invoices, not responding to queries, and adding crazy late payment charges, then have qualified bullies calling you for chasing. Horrible indecent company. If you find yourself at trouble with them, please complain at The Property Redress, I hope they lose their license again forever so no one can have the displeasure of dealing with them.

Expelled from the Property Ombudsman scheme
In April 2023 they were thrown out of the Property Ombudsman scheme:
From Letting Agent Today: Fountayne Managing Ltd - The leaseholder terminated his agreement with the agent, who was required to pass on all relevant documents to make the handover run smoothly. The agent provided no audit trail of any documents being sent and frustrated the process by indicating that the freeholder was responsible for collecting the information, which would only be available for sixty days, before being destroyed. Because the leaseholder received no formal set of accounts or other information requested, the PRS awarded a refund of eight months’ management fees for the period of poor service. The agent was also instructed to provide service charge statements that need to be verified by an accountant and to send the leaseholder a meaningful apology. The leaseholder was signposted to the Property Tribunal for legal issues raised that were outside the PRS’s authority. Due to non-compliance with this decision and the link between the two businesses and their directors, both this agent and Fountayne Residential Ltd were expelled.
They haven't changed one bit as my clients have found to their cost as Ive tried to extract information from themn on blocks transfered to our management.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Karen and Charlotte from the Fountayne Group for their exceptional assistance in resolving a roof leak issue in my rented home when I could not contact my landlord. Their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to resolving my problems was commendable.
From the moment I contacted the Fountayne Group regarding the leak, Karen and Charlotte promptly responded and scheduled a contractor visit to assess the situation.
They communicated with me throughout the process, ensuring that I was kept informed about progress. Their excellent communication skills gave me confidence in their ability to resolve the issue.
Overall, I cannot thank Karen and Charlotte enough for their outstanding service. Their expertise, professionalism, and dedication to resolving my roof leak issue was exceptional.
