I contacted him after my hot tub would not heat properly .
After sending him pictures and chatting about what was best to do he sent me a replacement pump inside 24 hours
I followed all his instructions to the letter and I can say I am one well pleased customer

Fantastic service from start to finish. Rachel was super efficient and knew her stuff. No pushy sales techniques just good information. Ordered a new tub on the Monday and it was delivered on the Thursday ! Nino and Darren were very helpful and friendly. Nino certainly knows what he’s doing and we were up and running in no time. Good instructions on how to use and maintain the tub. Great service and really happy. Thank you

Hot tub superstore always give fantastic customer service and we’ve been so happy with their products and advice over the years, but they’ve gone above and beyond today. Paul advised on what was required to get our swim spa back to its usual sparkling best and he and Nino worked so hard today ensuring everything was spot on by the end of their visit. They even went the extra mile to shift the pool for us to allow room for scaffolding we need on the house. And as well as working so hard, they are so knowledgeable, helpful and very nice too! And thanks to Guy for all his phone advice 🙏

I opened the item & it was totally wrong!!
You can clearly see the difference from what they advertised on their website & what they sent me!!
I emailed them saying your advertising an item but sent out a cheap nasty version which RRP 1/3rd of what I paid...the reply is they do not stock what they advertise only what I received...!
I returned the item & got a refund over two weeks later

I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
