I absolutely love my new luxurious bed. Its so beautiful and I feel like a princess when I walk into my bedroom. The mattress is so comfortable. The setting is all that and more.
It give 5 start hotel vibes.

First of all I have to say this is the bed of my dreams! It is absolutely gorgeous, the quality of the bed is just amazing, and the mattress is like sleeping in a cloud! I would definitely recommend this gorgeous bed so anyone who is not only looking for a luxury bed but also amazing quality! Customer service is top of the line. Would definitely order from them again and again!

Today we have had our bed delivered and installed, just wow wow wow it’s stunningly beautiful. Massive thanks to the 2 guys who delivered and installed it at 6:15am they were exceptional and so respectful to our home 🏠

We recently ordered two beds from The Luxury Bed Company — my mum and dad chose the King Size Sensatori X, and I ordered the Super King Sensatori X for myself. Honestly… wow. Both beds are absolutely stunning. They look so grand, elegant and beautifully made, and the quality really does speak for itself.

A special mention has to go to Callum, who has been excellent throughout the whole process. His communication was clear, friendly and professional, and he made everything feel completely effortless from start to finish.

I am in love with our new bed and ottoman. Delivery was perfect. The bed was so easy to Install and Omg the mattress feels so good to sleep on. Now as I walk in our master bedroom I feel like royalty. The space is so beautiful and I love it.

The delivery was nice and smooth and the two men putting them together was absolutely great. Brilliant service, very polite, quick and knew what they was doing without any questions and would recommend.

From the moment I first messaged their TikTok page (with lots of questions), the owner replied so kindly, patiently, and professionally. There were no “silly” questions, they took the time to answer everything in detail and made me feel completely 100% confident in my purchase.

I brought the Sahara Bunk Bed (with Trundle) had a little issue with the slates on top bunk until i phone up and Callum guild me to assemble it properly he even got in contact with me when he was out of office to resolve the issue which was pretty straight forward in the end many thanks

I’m absolutely thrilled with my new bed from The Luxury Bed Company! The quality is outstanding, the design and detail is just perfect, and it is so comfortable. You can really tell they care about craftsmanship and design. Its completely changed the look and feel of my bedroom, and I’ve been sleeping better than ever. The delivery and service were smooth and professional from Phil and his team. I 100% Highly recommend The Luxury Bed Company if you’re looking for a stylish, high quality bed. Cannot fault the company. From beginning to end , customer service to delivery! I had lots of queries, all were answered accordingly and the help from customer service was second to none. The bed is an absolute dream, would highly recommend

To start with everything went fine up to the assembling of the bed. We got a half price deal in a big sale, the bed was delivered 16/9/25 the delivery guys were perfect and then my partner started to unwrap and assemble the bed. First off once it was all unwrapped we noticed a few obvious, dark marks on the fabric on multiple pieces of the bed. Then as he was putting the headboard together (comes in two pieces) noticed that the pilot holes for a middle timber ‘brace’ weren’t lined up evenly or in a straight line but with the wait and the 3 other pieces of the bed looking and feeling really nice (overall, apart from the marks) he said we will just look past it and get it put together, then using the screws provided he started to fix the brace into the headboard pieces and on the 2nd out of 3 screws half way in it started cross threading so he immediately started to unscrew it with the screwdriver and the whole threaded lug came out with the screw (so the screw is still stuck in the lug), exposing a ‘structural beam’ made from manufactured wood not even solid timber. We took some pictures of all of these problems then sent to them through their online form for customer problems after speaking on the phone to someone who advised that was the only way to deal with problems. The reply we received wasn’t what we expected at all (for them to send an engineer out with a new lug and that the bed must be okay as it has to be built before they go out of the door, completely ignoring my concern of how wonky the headboard had been made), so we got on the phone to management and got to an agreement of the bed being picked up and us being refunded as we are not happy with the decision they have made (if they would have offered a new headboard made properly and up to the standard expected for a bed of this price) then we would have happily accepted as long as it was within a reasonable time frame as we now have a £4k mattress on the floor which isn’t ideal, but instead they have passed it on to their ‘logistics’ team who have come back today (3 days later) with a collection date of 16/10/25 which is absolutely ridiculous this bed is a huge super king and they expect me to store it until then with no apologies whatsoever and to also keep my money until after this date when they receive it back into their premises. An absolute shambles of a company if you’d ask me 🤣

We are over the moon with our
Sensatori Hybrid bed with storage. We chose cream soft velvet and it's the perfect colour.
I can't expresss enough the quality and luxury feel of this bed. I knew it was going to be amazing, but it's ever more beautiful in person. The mattress is just as fabulous. We've never slept so well. The bed takes pride of place in our room and looks amazing. I can't recommend The Luxury Bed Company enough! They always replied to emails, helped with all my questions. You really do get what you pay for. Also big thanks to the great delivery guys, who were very professional and delivered with great care.
