I failed my test and reached out to the company. I was encouraged, reassured and helped to book for another. I was assisted with every necessary materiał to help me pass with. Their quick response and clarity to every questions asked is exceptional. There is always someone on ground with a listen ear to talk through whatever challenge you're facing. They are good trusted and reliable. I recommend 100% to anyone to come enjoy what I have enjoyed. I can't enjoy this good favour and keep quite.

Hi the information for the test is extremely useful and the customer care is very good,

Paid for a theory test for my daughter. She was advised by email to create an account online. On the order page, the status was 'Order xxxx was placed on July 31, 2025 and is currently completed', which we assumed meant we had booked an actual test. We turned up at the test centre and guess what, it was closed. I realise now we were probably scammed. I am planning on taking this up with Trading Standards and The Telegraph Consumer Champion, Katie Morley, if we do not receive an immediate refund.

I had not read correctly when booking my test that the date was preferred and therefore not confirmed. I need to reschedule my test and recognised that I am unable to on the official website. From emailing customer service they have now offered to reschedule the test date for me within the initial cost and I am awaiting confirmation of the new date. I will write a further review to confirm this was actioned. But this is customer service that goes beyond what is included in their terms from Sally!

Making an account was so easy. Their practice theory tests were very helpful especially when it is your first time attempting to take the theory test. Also, their customer service team gets back very timely.
