The communication was extremely quick answering all questions. They were also very polite in all aspects from start to finish. This included changing some details of mine which they promptly did.

Perfect, co-operative, good material

Utterly useless and incompetent customer service that hasn’t improved in three years. Back then, I had to complain because their website was a mess, and they charged double the official price for a theory test. I passed my test back then, but not thanks to them, I had to use another provider.

Since I haven’t been driving, my theory expired. I tried to rebook through them, forgetting the nightmare I’d had before. Multiple attempts failed because their website simply doesn’t work. I raised a ticket—
,no response. £47 pending payment, basket still full, booking never confirmed.

Today, Monday, I booked instantly via the official gov.uk site for £23. They are a waste of time and money, and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.
They don’t even deserve a single star. Just look at the reviews, most negative ones mention the same issues. This company should be shut down and reported to the DVSA. I plan to gather everyone affected so we can make sure these scammers are held accountable.

Their service is prompt and coherence. Really helpful.
