This was the first time I had used Out. I would give them a five-star reading. I will highly recommend them to my friends and family. The entire experience is very easy. Excellent communication back and forth for some of the questions I had as well as having to adjust my pickup and drop off times.

Great car and everything worked out fine.
Would be great to get a detailed instruction in a eMail for the pickup and the return - also a phone number (no watsapp or other services - because it can happen that there is no internet connection available!) if there is a delay or a earlier return. Would be great if you share a what3words address with the exact location of the car to pickup and that the customer can share the what3words address for return - would make life easier...
Also a phone landline would be great in case of an issue with the car - on not all places is a good internet connection for watsapp or eMail!
Would be great to get a pickup and return report with all details about the condition of the car.
Was also not clear that a money depot of 5000 GBP will additionally charged on the card - would be great to have all that before pickup in a short eMail.
To clean the front window (there where a lot of insects at the car takeover on the screen) it would be great to have a bottle with special cleaner and a tool in the car - costs you less than 10 GBP but you will get satisfied customers and you increase also the security on the street...

Fantastic experience. Car was great and Qumar was great to deal with. On time on both delivery and collection and car was immaculate.

The delivery of the car was generally easy and fairly seamless. However, given the price bracket, I would have expected a much higher spec of car and a newer model.
In terms of collection, the driver arrived earlier than the end of the booking without any prior notice.

I recently had the pleasure of booking a Range Rover Sport in Santorini Black with a diesel engine through The Out, and I genuinely can’t speak highly enough about the entire experience.
