Paper booked car for delivery post long flight from Dubai with wife, 6 year old and a 3 year old. Before taking off informed the company that the flight was going to land late, was informed I would have to pay £50 extra fee for late delivery…. Already expensive but fine.
Car NEVER turned up and there is no way to contact the company post 6pm. Nobody to call, chat on website doesn’t work. Now stranded at Heathrow. Totally terrible, don’t use them.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that things didn’t go as smoothly as expected after your flight.
We’ve looked into your booking and can see there was a request for a later delivery time. As this would have been outside our usual operating hours, an additional fee would have applied. It seems there was a miscommunication around confirming that change, so the delivery remained scheduled for 6pm.
Our driver arrived on time and waited until 7pm, in line with our policy. As we didn’t receive any contact during that time, they had to leave the site. We understand you tried to get in touch shortly after, and we appreciate how frustrating it must have been not to reach anyone. We do try to be as clear as possible that our customer support team is available between 9am and 5pm, and we know that limited hours can be challenging when travel plans change late in the day.
A full refund has been processed, and no charges have been applied to your booking. We do appreciate your feedback and will continue working to improve how we support customers when schedules shift unexpectedly.

Every step of hiring our Range River to picking it up at the airport to returning it back to the airport was stress free and easy . We will definitely be using the out again and I highly recommend hiring a car through the out . Overall it was an exceptional experience and service .

The Out is the best!
The whole experience of booking through an app, receiving support and getting the car dropped off and picked up is extremely convenient and reliable. The cars themselves are fantastic to drive and well prepared and its a competitive price.

Can't fault the expeirence
Bit pricy, but can't fault the experience. Delivery and collection were both great and made my life much easier. Came with the specific car seats we needed. New model car that arrived very clean. Would use again.

Regarding the deposit, it was released on our side shortly after your rental ended. However, depending on your card issuer, it can sometimes take up to 10 working days (though usually sooner) to appear back in your account.

Overall pleasant, efficient and polished experience with THE OUT. Presented with my overseas drivers' licence, the team (especially Salma and Roan) were very patient in helping me through the licence vetting process, which was much appreciated!

Should call the company "The Return" because I'll be back, A1 experience!
From start to finish, the process was seamless.
I knew what was going on, who was delivering, who was collecting. The support teams responded within minutes of my email when I had a query. The pick up was simple as was the drop off.
AND THATS BEFORE WE DISCUSS THE CAR! Which was, superb! Can't fault it at all, loved every single part of it.

Great car rental company. Prices may be a little on the higher side, but you very much get what you pay for: premium Jaguar Land Rover cars, fast and convenient delivery/pickup and overall excellent service. Will use again.

Very happy customer
The car was well-maintained and clean. The ride was smooth without any problem. The collection person came on time to collect the car at the airport drop-off after I unloaded my bags. Save a lot of time if I have to drive the car to the usual rental return car park.
