I came up to Bromley shopping today so I was in the glades shopping centre looking for aftershave for my self where I came across this very nice most helpful young lady Paula where she took the time as I thought I had aproblem with my app from the level of service I got from this young lady I got two lots of aftershave first was yvessaintlaurent 100mil and the second was million elixir parfum both was served with a smile very polite a most pleasant customer shopping experience today in my view this young lady needs to be told what agreat job she is doing with the high level of service that she gives 1000/1000 stars love mr cheeky in Kent Glen Xx 29/7/26

I went to to my local branch in Bromley…
I went to to my local branch in Bromley as I'd ordered perfume from the on-line perfume shop site which arrived broken and I was advised to go to the physical shop for a replacement. The online shop gave me the wrong info. But, 2 lovely people, Jack & Paula bent over backwards to help the situation successfully. They sorted a refund out as what I had brought on-line was exclusive on-line only. They were so lovely and so helpful. From now on I'll only ever go the physical shop.

Happy with my purchase
I went into the perfume shop in The Glades Bromley to buy two fragrances I had in mind. One of them was not available but Rahman suggested a similar one and asked if I wanted to smell it. I ended up buying that instead and I am really pleased with it. Rahman was friendly and helpful and took the time to answer a couple of questions I had. She knew what she was talking about and made it easy for me to decide. Just wanted to leave a thank you for the great service. Rahman was a pleasure to deal with, thanks again.
