Online we offer FREE standard delivery on all orders for our VIP members, click and collect in 30 minutes and we've even introduced a “Try Me” option on some of our most popular products where you'll receive a free sample, so if you're choosing a new perfume or aftershave you can smell that before you open your order. Kemi, Ruby and Serbuy 100/10 service 🫶
Me and my boyfriend came in today to find myself a fragrance. Straight away Kemi, Ruby and Serbuy were very nice and friendly and helped me find 2 fragrances that I fell in love with. They also threw in some freebies and a discount for choosing to shop with them which made my day (the little purse was soo beautiful I am obsessed! And the mini perfume smells amazing) service was amazing everyone was so sweet and helpful. I’ll defo be coming back for my next fragrances 🫶

Thank you for your review and I’m very sorry for the delay in receiving your order, especially after paying for next day delivery.
I can see that your order was sent using the requested Special Delivery Guaranteed, which is a signed‑for service. As no one was available at the delivery address at the time of the first attempt, Royal Mail were required to make a redelivery attempt, which unfortunately caused the delay.
I’m pleased to see that you were able to redirect the parcel to a local store, and I hope this made receiving your order more convenient. I do apologise for the frustration caused and appreciate your patience while this was resolved.
