ordered it as a gift. very quick delivery. plant was in good shape overall, a small branch had fallen off.

Such an easy shopping experience, great gift, and unboxing experience.

My plant had several nats flying around on top of the soil, after unboxing. I switched out the soil and treated to be safe. Now, a bundle of the leaves yellowed in spots. It is not sitting in water, so I've just been keeping an eye on it.

The Sill was very gracious in replacing a damaged order. The replacement was just as beautiful & of good quality as the original item.

We got a terrible cold storm and I was so nervous about my plants getting delivered, but then I got an email saying that they would hold onto the plants until this storm got cleared up and the weather wasn’t so terrible so that the plants would be sure to be healthy and happy when they were delivered. They were perfect when they arrived! They were wrapped in insulated bubble wrap, paper, and in really nice thick boxes to make sure that they didn’t get frosted.

Great quality. Excellent communication regarding delivery. One had to be delayed in shipping due to cold conditions (which I was warned about ahead of time so no surprises) Both are starting to bloom but at slightly different stages which is nice to enjoy them even longer! Will definitely continue to shop here and recommend to others.

It took weeks for it to arrive. Yes, it was extra cold for a few days and I know they were holding the product to prioritize the plant's health, but still, the overall experience was not worth the long wait. Prices are on the high side and the amount of packaging is insane. I received a huge box with a tiny plant inside and a lot of plastic used to protect it during delivery. It felt excessive on the packaging. The plant was great quality, beautiful, all perfect in that sense. I would give it a 5 for the plant, a 4 for the packaging, and a 3 for the delivery.

My olive tree arrived beautifully packaged. It settled in nicely and didn't drop even one leaf!
