I paid for this because I wanted a plant that came well potted and ready to go. Unfortunately I got a plant that is terribly planted and growing at a bad angle, I’ll have to redo it and the plant is suffering. Very upset.

Plant arrived comfy and snug and bigger and happier than i expected.

This was a replacement for an item that arrived damaged and the replacement was damaged in the same manner as the first.

Quality plant material, but the delivery was unpreductable. Was sent emails twice with delivery dates that never happened, thenthe plant showed up 4 days after first delivery date given.

My plant arrived healthy and in good condition, save for a few “bruises” you’d expect from having spent a few days in a box. She has adapted beautifully to her new environment and is a lovely addition to my home workspace.

Plants don't drain and are already wilting.

This was a gift for my cousin. She loved it! I was gifted an olive plant and wanted to pass on the happiness.

The plant has some sparse areas where the leaves have fallen off (maybe from travel?) but otherwise looks great. Seems very happy in new space

I had a plant come on the absolute coldest day in December (below zero) and despite my getting to the package within an hour and the cold-safe packaging, the plant was too frozen to save. The Sill customer service was quick with a reply and sent a new plant out to replace the one that had died. My only complaint was that the replacement wasn’t sent out right away-however, it was the holidays and I was not in need of it in a timely manner, so I understand and didn’t mind the slight delay. I would prefer to rate this experience 4.5/5 stars, not 4/5 stars.

A top shelf nursery. The plants we received are beautiful, well packed, soil was moist. They were received during a cold snap, we bought 2 heat packs that worked great.
