Very simple and efficient process. I have been with the clinic for a short while and the after care is fantastic. They take you through every step and make things very simple. They have tailored my treatment and it is working extremely well. I would recommend them.

The best online clinic I have used, great customer service all questions are answered promptly and the clinical team is just a phone call away. If there is any issues the team will reach out promptly to solve it. Very user friendly website to navigate five stars all round.

I found the staff very personal as well as very professional with a team of pharmacists and also medical personnel checking my details. They have worked well to improve their digital services that outsmart even the biggest players - yet are still easy to get in touch with personally should there be any questions. Professional, honest and due diligent, and a good next day delivery service with a fair price.

I was I introduced to VSC through a friend a few months ago and have had a really positive experience with them. Both my orders have been processed the same day and sent out quickly. I was a bit nervous when I saw there was no contact number but they respond to emails within 24 hours so not a problem. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer service, very helpful staff and easy to navigate website with lots of information… I had a small issue regarding my delivery and I e mailed for some assistance . Punam was so was helpful and resolved my issue very quickly with no problems and arranged a new delivery slot for me within two days . Excellent customer service!

Despite the bad reviews for this company, I took my chances and ordered from them on Friday evening. They answered my many questions promptly over the weekend. My pen was dispatched on Monday and arrived on Tuesday morning. Well packaged, no wipes but I have plenty. Very impressed, will definitely use them again. Thank you very much

They don't really communicate with you so answer any chats , but I received all the Mounjaro products I ordered for a good price. I was worried at the begining too after reading the reviews here, but it turned out to be fine.
