Excellent company with fair prices! I had a delivery issue with Royal Mail and they worked quickly to sort it out. Customer service was friendly and super responsive. I am now going to leave my former provider to work only with them. THE BEST! Thank you!

Excellent service. I have used several online chemists for private weight loss medication and the virtual slimming clinic has by far been the best. So easy to deal with , fantastic communication and delivery received within 24 hours.

Exceptionally shocking customer service, I looked at their website on Friday 22nd August to ensure they had stock before I placed the order and Punam (agent) said they did, I expressly asked if the order would be processed and shipped before the first week of September as that when I need them or at least 1, I was told that an urgency would be put onto my order again from Punam (all this is documented), I duly paid on the Friday (22/08/25) morning and then waited, they are by their own admission not open over the weekend or bank holidays so today they have now sent me an email to state that they don't have the stock and my order has been cancelled and I will receive a refund within 5 - 7 days. Absolutely disgraceful customer service, it seems that they are all jumping on the "first come first serve" excuse but, we will take your money anyways, but it feels more like "we can get more money in September". Why lead people on ?, knowing the stock levels and allocations should be a basic thing when expressly asked if there is stock?? . Now I am in the position of trying to get a pen from other suppliers which isn't going to be easy as there is very short supply, probably until the magical date of 01/09/25. Edit.... Just to add I had a follow up email just now to tell me that they are expecting more stock on MONDAY so perhaps I can re-order then .... Monday the 1st of September .... disgraceful, fool me once shame on you!! fool me twice shame on me!! ... not a chance !!!

Took my money, no product, no support
I placed an order with The Virtual Slimming Clinic on August 17th, 2025. The order status shows “shipped”, but no tracking number was ever provided. I tried to contact them several times: the email listed on their website bounces back as invalid, and the live chat has no response.
I strongly advise anyone to avoid this company. I have now opened a dispute with my bank to try to recover my money.

Appaling service by Mobeen, I have been a long-standing customer of The Virtual Slimming Clinic, originally under their previous management. Since the company changed hands, things have gone completely downhill and am not surprised about all the reviews accusing company of being dishonest.
my recent dealings with Mobeen has been useless waste of everyone’s time when they tried to substitute an inferior product after payment.
What makes matters worse is their payment practice: they demand money upfront without even confirming whether they can supply the correct dosage or quantity. This is not only poor service but feels deeply unprofessional and potentially misleading to patients who rely on continuity of treatment.
The glossy, professional-looking website completely misrepresents the reality: slow, obstructive, trying to flog different products lying in inventory rather than ordered items.
Since the change of ownership, this company has gone downhill. I cannot recommend them anymore and am already signed up with alternative supplier.

Absolutely disgusted by this company. First order came in a week. Second order, took my money on the 21/07/25 and still haven't received my order! I messaged them and just got a flippant email saying it was still with the pharmacy. I sent another message complaing and they just copied and pasted the same reply. They have ruined everything! I started to lose weight and was so excited, thinking I will lose some weight for my holiday. I ran out of tablets about 10 days ago and the cravings are back and I've put the weight back on. Terrible company, terrible service and I honestly feel like I've been scammed. They give you the first order to lure you in and then steal your money!

Ordered two pens and both times they came warm, spoke to someone via email who told me to discard the pens as they couldn’t accept returns but also did not offer a replacement at this time which is shocking - so I made a complaint asking for a refund to which they said if I had returned the pens I would of got my money back. Put in a more formal complaint and they promised to come back to me within 20 days with a solution and have not heard from them since - just checked my account and they’ve charged me again today for another pen.
Disgusting customer service and I expect to hear from them after posting this review.

My Order. I keep getting email messages about my order that I placed and paid for asking me to upload a photo which I have done several times. I am worried I am being scammed. I can’t find a phone number and I have emailed several times but I get an email back which is just copy paste! I need to speak with a live person! I have left my phone number for someone to contact me but yet to hear. Be aware!

I ordered a prescription on 15th they took £165 and ive received nothing. Now i can see the company dissolved on the 15th terrible customer service, cant gwt a response from any social platform and they are still texting today offering money off😡

I had had a very positive experience with this company until I experienced a problem. The delivery came on the wrong date, the pen was no longer cool (which meant it needed using immediately and within 30 days) and the pen only dispensed 3 doses instead of 4. They were unbelievably hard to contact. I had videos and pictures of the problem. The company kept insisting I was using the pen incorrectly. After ensuring them I could count to 4 and had successfully been using weight loss injectors for a year, they still insisted I was the problem and would not do anything to resolve it. On the basis each dose is quite expensive, I was really unimpressed and have been left feeling insulted and unheard. There are so many other online options so I would suggest you use them instead.
Edit: After seeing my review, the clinic rightfully agreed to supply me with a new pen. Unfortunately a month has passed and they fob me off constantly saying they are still "investigating" dispatch. Seems even when they try and resolve issues, they cannot keep their word.

The online ordering process was seamless. The website is very easy to navigate and very straightforward. When I thought I had a delay, I used the help link and the associate that got in touch was extremely helpful. He resolved the matter quickly and delivery was overnight.

Order 303119: What the hell is going on??? I made an order on the 7th and usually on the following day which would have been Monday they would complete the consultation and send the order. I got had no emails!! I HAVE ALREADY COMPLETED MY ORDER AND PAID yet heard nothing for over a week.
I have paid £175 and I’m still waiting which is unusual for this company as I have used many times before and know other who have too but it seems lots of negative reviews have been happening recently.
I’ve sent plenty of emails and no one has responded the chat function of the website doesn’t work
Either post my item or REFUND me ASAP

Previously used this company without issue. However the online ordering system is not working. I have tried multiple times to submit orders over a few weeks. and I now note several negative reviews here related to unfilled orders, which seem to be related to a change of ownership.
Seems like the new owners are unable to process /fulfil orders (or may be scamming old customers?)

This company were keen to take £400 of my money in Dec 24 & I have not received anything. Emails have not been answered or they come back undeliverable. Using their online form on their website has provided no response either. I am reporting them to GPhC to investigate potential fraud & maybe I should also refer to CQC. Avoid, avoid, avoid - they are not professional
There is an article in The Independent 20 Dec 2024, where this company is named & shamed as having poor practices by inspectors from CQC. I cannot post a link to the article here.
You would think this company would be trying hard to improve standards - not from my experience.
In response to your apology. I have already emailed you lots of times, phoned & used your online forms.
You, yes that means YOU/YOUR Co need to look through these & contact me. Why do I need to send again to have them ignored? I have reported you to GPhC & CQC with my concerns of fraud &/or incompetence. I suggest you refund my £410 asap
