What I like about Thoroughbred Diesel is that you can talk with one of their technicians with experience working on diesel trucks.

This is the nastiest company that I have ever bought from. Please save yourself the trouble and buy from someone else.

Was looking for a Banks air intake system on line. It’s quite an investment and I wanted to know exactly what I was spending. Very straightforward purchase. I knew what the added cost would be before I hit buy. Anyway, shipping was fast. And I am happy!

They sold me me a crap turbo claiming it was my engine having problems and wouldn't back up there warranty even after there were others having the very same troubles as me with there turbo

I ordered from you because ive had good experiences in the past. this time however ,it went badly. I ordered a part on dec 29, I could have gotten this part within hours locally but the customer wasnt in a hurry and I thought Id save the him some money so I ordered from thoro. No one told me that the part wasnt available. I was charged for it and assumed it to be shipping, 9 days later I used the 'check on order' thing on the website , 2 times that day, and got no response. The next morning I called and talked to a nice lady but she didnt know what was up and was gonna get back to me ( maybe she wouldve )but I called back in the afternoon (another nice lady) and found out that it was gonna be a couple or few months before I would get a part.Then I talked to a guy to make sure there wasnt another option, but no , so he was gonna cancel the order, which im not sure he did , the next day It got cancelled... I ordered one from rock auto and it shipped that day, same price. they do not sell parts that they do not have access to. Nor should thoroughbred. Clearly you have a good tech dept as I get trolled anytime Im on the internet. I dont think it would be that hard to stay updated on parts availabilty... Non of this happens if you dont sell parts that you cant get. You could've sourced it somewhere else even. If I BUY something ,I expect it to ship

Packaging did not have padding or filler. Box had one opened bottle that had spilled content on the box and leaked through the cardboard

Great product, service, shipping and delivery!

I have purchases once before and the item came as describes and the price was reasonable.

Parts fit as they should and were as easy to install as any Duramax water pump can be. Did have to buy 1 o-ring for the coolant bypass tube but other than that it has everything you need for the job.

All the parts seem to be high quality, and fixed my issues. Very pleased!

Everything was on back order and they wouldn’t help to find a replacement part. It took them 3 days to say the parts was on back order. I wasn’t very happy with the service

the pump replacement worked great and it came with all proper items it came with actual international installation instructions for your o rings on the hpop

My order experience has been less than positive. There is no indication during the ordering process (on the website or in the order confirmation) whether the part is in stock, back ordered, is customer built and has an extended lead time, etc (FYI...this is simple inventory management, customer communication and website functionality). Upon ordering, I was not provided with an ETA on shipping until I proactively reached out for status. I was told the product was targeting to ship on 10/27, and even after following up on the 27th to confirm if the product shipped, I did not receive a response back. To date, I have no idea of the status of my order...and would know even less had I not reached out. This creates a tough situation for customers who need a product to get their truck working. I will definitely be trying alternate suppliers moving forward.

I still haven’t received my full order. I emailed and didn’t get a response after a few days so I called. I was told I would have a status answer the next day. A week later and I haven’t reviewed the Tappet cover or status. Calling again today to cancel. Poor service, I would been ok with it if my part would have taken a week or two to fill. I don’t appreciate being led on with no follow through.

I like the fass system but there customer service is a joke the guy I talked to is such a jerk told him to stick it and talked to a guy that does this for a living

First let me say this, customer service is amazing. Part got lost in shipping and they were all over it, shipped a new part and absolutely took care of us.

Secondly when there are no parts at the dealership I would call these guys. Sensor fixed the issue and the truck is up and running could not be happier.
