The best part about ordering from you guys is the fast shipping. I work on the road and have a limited time home to work on my trucks. The fast fast shipping allows me to not get held up on my builds along with you guys having anything I need.

Fast shipping, quality lift pump with everything to install it with and great pretty easy instructions for installation including pics!

Not impressed with how they stand behind products they sell.
Bought a PPE lift pump which turned out to be a subpar product after installing. Thought we were doing an exchange with a FASS pump with me paying the difference…. Not the case.
If Thoroughbred knew they were junk, why would they put their name behind it?

Lessons learned:
Don’t trust Thoroughbred Diesels name when selling a product

Don’t buy a PPE pump.

I’m sure they will pull this from their site, as they have no bad reviews but I’m answering it anyway.

09 duramax stock—— added a lift pump…. PPE cause a low rail pressure after installing, FASS enhancer solved it.

Starter came quickly and was high quality. Engine now cranks much faster.

Great Business, Fast and Accurate Service

I am thrilled with the service I received from Thoroughbred Diesel. My truck was in the shop for a transfer case replacement and I had waited for a month for the one they ordered to come in. I decided to handle it myself. I called TD to inquire of their inventory and they had what I needed. The customer service was very informative and friendly. I ordered the part and it was literally delivered to my door in LESS than 24 hours! My truck is back on the road thanks to them. Top notch service!

Order was filled and shipped quickly and was correct. Website could use a little tweaking to simplify use by listing categories i.e apparell fluids and filters performance etc instead of having to search. Will use thoroughbred again in the future

I have been waiting 3 weeks for the item. I have called multiple times and never get an answer on where the item is and continually get told theyll let me know when they hear from the "warehouse". I will never order from thoroughbred diesel again.

So far the customer service stinks! Ordered a part for my truck. The part was faulty lasting 3 weeks. Trying to get a refund with no response. When finally getting a response they said I would get a refund when and if they get a refund from the company that makes the part. Whaaat? So I have to wait to buy a new 200-300 dollar part while my trucks broke down for you to hopefully give me a refund on a part your selling to people based on another company’s decision. Where’s the accountability with thoroughbred diesel. You guys stink and shame on you with such a filthy lie about 100% customer satisfaction guarantee! Talk to the owner through email he cared less than his employee did. Unimaginable this guy has been in business this long. Expect to be screwed over royally if you buy anything from thoroughbred diesel. You been warned. They are not an accredited with better business bureau and for obvious reasons.
