Arrived within delivery estimate at time of ordering , well wrapped .
The woods just what I wanted , nicely planed

Ordered 18 x 48mm walnut. Small problem with finished cut size. Contacted a very helpful customer services department and spoke to an extremely pleasant and understanding gentleman.
TC4U arranged collection and replacement of problem timber.
If only all businesses were like this.
Impressed by the quality of the timber and overall shopping experience.
Would I use TC4U again? Definitely.

good service, the quality of timber is good, but there was a few chips on the edges, for me its ok as i will be cutting it down, delivery takes a while, but im guessing these guys are very busy, 5 star

Walnut was bent. Emailed on Monday 9th February chasing credit - no response.
UPDATE - contact has been made and credit offered with 20% re-stocking fee.
Walnut was being used for door frames so we couldn't work with the 'bend'.

Delivery was on schedule, wood was well packed so as to avoid damage and exactly what I ordered

Cut and dressed to the exact ordered sizes. will make futher orders
