Liars
I would give zero stars if it was possible. Stay away from these liar and deceptive people.
It wasn’t explicitly mentioned during our face to face meeting with their representative or on phone call that we’d need to pay £50 admin fees if we don’t go ahead with the service after signing the contract, and it was said that us signing the contract did not bind us for any payments unless we confirm to proceed after meeting the cleaner. None of thier emails before setting up the direct debit have any mention of this charge, it was only after we asked to put it on hold this charge was mentioned. The only clause mentioned was that we need to give a 1 month notice once the service starts.
They have clearly taken advantage of the fact that no one reads through the long T&C text, and have kept hidden charges in the contract. I have proof our conversation with their representative on our cctv camera and all email trails, I will definitely take this to consumer court so that others don’t suffer at the hands of these pilferers.

I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with your experience in using Time For You, this is certainly not what we strive for.
My current understanding is that this complaint has been addressed on another Trustpilot review and that this second complaint is related to the reply on that review.
I have reached out to the local office in Epsom and they are interested in viewing the CCTV if you are able to share with them and they are also happy to relook at the £50 admin fee if their employee who attended the property said anything that was not in the agreed script.

We have been using the Time For You team's services for almost 10 years, and they have been amazing. During these years, regardless of the situation, Kristina's and James' team has been more than professional and always happy to help and sort out issues and make sure our house is clean. I have spoken to the local office in Epsom and they have advised that they signed you up on Friday 3rd January after a home visit, a cleaner was swiftly allocated and everything was ready to go ASAP as requested with the first cleaning date agreed as Monday 6th January.
They then received an email the day after you signed up to say that you were now getting some other quotes but as we had already allocated a cleaner we needed to charge you an admin fee of £50.
They maintain that this was made clear to you as it is said to every client on the phone, in the appointment email, in the meeting and its in the T&Cs. We understand that you are disappointed with this and we hope that you find a solution for your requirements soon.

Only had my house cleaned once in a two…
Only had my house cleaned once in a two month period . At first I was happy with first clean but after a little more inspection , simple things weren’t done like hovering behind doors .
I cancelled my contract with them after multiple excuses why the cleaner couldn't come. Manager is professional, answers emails and is apologetic but their cleaners are totally unreliable. Trying to reorganise a clean when they cancelled , the cleaner would just ignore me and this is the way the company want you to organise and rebook cleaners so just became a massive pain in the neck

Have only been using this company for just over a month but so far Ive been nothin but happy and I adoreeee my cleaner! She works hard and fast and is super efficient and I am quite picky! Sam has been very lovely to deal with too and made everything super easy.
