Tineco 

La mia esperienza con l’assistenza Tineco è stata molto deludente. PESSIMA ASSISTENZA!!!
Ho acquistato un loro prodotto che è risultato difettoso già dal primo giorno di utilizzo. Ho contattato l’assistenza e mi è stato detto più volte che sarebbe passato un corriere a ritirare il pacco, ma non si è mai presentato nessuno. Nonostante le continue email in cui mi veniva assicurato il ritiro, il problema non è mai stato risolto. Lavapavimenti difettosa , perde acqua. NO COMMENT!!!
Trovo scorretto far perdere tempo al cliente in questo modo: mi aspettavo serietà e un’assistenza adeguata, soprattutto considerando che il difetto era presente fin dall’inizio.

I purchased a Pure One A50S recently. I love this vac. It's easy to use and so light. It's easy to get under furniture, and can be adjusted to use on stairs with a beater brush that is included. It picks up a lot & the battery lasts nice & long. The green light is great for getting all the dust & pet hair. Highly recommend.

È da 1 mese che richiediamo il rimborso per un prodotto acquistato sul sito Tineco e affidato al corriere BRT. Il prodotto non è mai stato consegnato poiché smarrito dallo stesso corriere. Continuiamo a chiamare l’assistenza ma le risposte sono evasive e i soldi non ci sono ancora stati riaccreditati, A DISTANZA DI 1 MESE DALL’ACQUISTO. Un’azienda seria in questi casi si rivale sul responsabile del disservizio, ovvero il corriere BRT, e rimborsa immediatamente il cliente. Avremmo ricomprato lo stesso prodotto Tineco, invece siamo passati volentieri alla concorrenza. Addio.

Very helpful customer service. Needed to order a dustbin and tube for my Pure one S12.
Explained to me exactly how I should order this, receive my items quickly. Very happy with Tineco . I own three of their vacuums S 10 S 11 and S 12. Not to mention two of their carpet cleaners. never had a problem ordering anything from them. This was my most recent purchase.

The Tineco S5 works excellent. It cleans the floors so well with very little effort on my part. Even rinsing out the dirty water tank and rinsing the filter afterward is very easy to do. This is a great machine.

I’ve reached out on two different occasions with two different issues, they were quick to reply and problem solve and to send me free replacement parts for both issues. I definitely recommend tineco vacuums and their customer service.

I love this company. I got one of the new vacuum cleaners and I couldn’t find the charging cord. I lost it somewhere due to funeral arrangements going on and a lot going on but when I contacted them, they very quickly got me a new one. Very nice very professional, and I love the vacuum cleaner.

The delivery was prompt, the product was as promised, and the product works great. It was easy to set up, and it's easy to use. I highly recommend.

Ich bin zufrieden mit dem Tineco ,ich habe noch ein Biesell der ist auch gut .Aber mit den Tineco geht es noch viel besser, und einfacher.

J’avais déjà le tune co s5 et qui était déjà parfait mais le Tineco s7 avec son balai est plus que performant. Je l’ai adopté

I bought their cordless vacuum because it was lighter, had longer run time, and less recharging time. It works great, shows where to go over for problem areas, and the led light is very clear. It does a great job, and my carpet is cleaner and softer than from my previous dyson.

Customer service was great! They sent the correct part and quick as well. Love there product! Would buy another one when the one I have totally breaks down. Quick to answer emails as well. Thank you.

I PURCHASED A TINECO VACUUM FROM TARGET 4 MONTHS AGO. THE PIECE OF GARBAGE STOPPED WORKING. I CONTACTED TARGET AND THEY WONT DO AN EXCHANGE AFTER 90 DAYS. I CONTACTED THE COMPANY AND THEY WON’T EXCHANGE THE PIECE OF GARBAGE EITHER. NEEDLESS TO SAY TIMECO IS JUNK AND I WOULD STAY CLEAR OF THIS JUNK.
