I have called 3 times in 2 days and been promised a response each time, and I have not had one call back.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! My story will be a bit long, but I have to tell it to warn everyone against this company. I run a business and send packages from my supplier directly to my clients. Unfortunately, I have no influence on how my wholesale company (from a country other than Ireland) sends parcels to Ireland, I do not choose the form of delivery. Very often there were huge delays and mistakes, but this time they exceeded the limits. My supplier sent a very expensive product to my client. Unfortunately, it was sent by TNT instead of another courier. My client was at home all the time, no one ever brought any parcel, and TNT said that they had visited her 3 times and no one was there, that they had left messages, which is a total lie, and that they had sent the parcel back to the sender! My supplier sent the parcel again at his own expense. When I checked the tracking, they were taking it to Cork instead of Dublin, because the city from the correct address was SIMILAR to the one in County Cork! So I called them, confirmed the correct address and I thought I could sleep soundly, but no, the next day it turned out that the parcel was still on its way to Cork, so I called again and asked what was wrong with them?! I heard some grunts that they were sorry and that they were fixing it. The next day it turned out that the parcel was delivered to Cork and not to Dublin. To make matters worse, it turned out that they reported to my supplier that they had picked up the parcel from Cork and instead of taking it to my client in Dublin, they sent it back to the sender, to another country. I don't even know how to comment on it, who works there???? I lost my nerves, my health and my client because of them, not to mention my money! They have impunity, insolence and I don't understand how this company is still thriving! I won't leave it like that. They feel unpunished, they don't know what they are doing, they cheat people on costs and they blatantly lie!

DISASTER!!

DISASTER!!! Do not use this company.....absolutely no communication between customer service and depot. A joke. Lost my sofa, shifting between depots around Irleland.. I offer to collect myself. Couldnt organise that either. House full of people, and elderly Christmas week with no sofa. Miserable. AVOID THIS COMPANY

TNT ARE USELESS

Recently moved to London from Dublin and shipped my 65'' tv with TNT. I had it wrapped in bubble wrap with foam tubing on all sides then wrapped again in bubble wrap, then wrapped in 2 double duvets with 4 pillows lining the sides in a 65'' tv box with fragile tape all over it. The box arrived bashed in on one end and burst open on the bottom. The tv itself was squashed on one end bending the whole screen in and cracking it leaving it completely useless. !!!!DO NOT SHIP ANYTHING WITH TNT!!!! The only good reviews they have are from staff. !!!!!!!!!!!AVOID!!!!!!!!!!

I am now struggling to get in contact with them regarding a customs refund that they are obligated to sort for me as i provided them with my URN number.

If it goes on longer I will put in a data request that they are required to provide within one month at most and failure to do so can end in legal proceedings. I recommend anybody else having difficulty with TNT to do the same.

Funny the item i was waiting for shipped perfectly on time to my country (Ireland), but the moment it got through the borders suddenly got into issues. Delivery driver kept leaving some weird messages on tracking that I am delaying the shipment or not at home or not picking up the phone or asking for a different delivery date, like ridic. Had to hang on the phone three times to beg them to deliver and they could not even confirm on the spot if I can collect. Awful experience, but tbf they did deliver quicker after I've cried on the phone for a while lol

Deliver set for Friday

Deliver set for Friday, only deliver one of three boxes, deliver then set for the following Monday promising to deliver the last 2 boxes. Now the deliver is cancelled due to "time constraints deliver cancelled" what utter bs if your gonna promise from your own customer service rep that it will be deliverd how is "time constraints" suddenly and issue also its not like they tell you this you have to constantly refresh there horrible website just to suddenly be told its not happening.

Customs

We Are an online business in the Republic of Ireland.We constantly receive EMails for outstanding VAT and Import charges.We always pay the VAT, we have no problem paying VAT, everyone has to pay it, so no problem at all.We sell classic car parts. We have received invoices for carpets, which have an address in Dublin?. We live in Co Mayo, and a completely different name to us all together.We have sent proof of payment for VAT payments, and also indicated that we do not import carpets, but car parts.Does anyone listen, does anyone from Fedex call us, Does anybody from Fedex take any notice?, do Fedex answer any phone calls? do Fedex do anything.Simple answer is NO. Firstly, they are not Customs and Excise, and have no power or control, they are a transport company. They are not allowed to hold any items for which you have paid a delivery for. Holding items for which you have paid for and are not delivering is classed as theft. The letters they send are demanding money with menaces, which they are not allowed by law to do.The company deserves to go out of business. If anyone wants to take this matter further and by the sound from the feedback, they do, then let the people speak, and go to the relevant authorities to close these people down.

This delivery company is useless.

This delivery company is useless.
I got a tracking number and on the tnt website it said that the driver had tried to contact me but no answer.
There was nothing on my phone.
Called TNT support and got through to a virtual assistant which was incredibly irritating. I think all it was programmed to do was check a tracking number with no way of getting more information or feeding back. There appeared to be no way of actually speaking to someone who could discuss the problem.
I spoke to my supplier and they said that there were problems with TNT where are the drivers do not have a work mobile and so sometimes do not contact the destination customer …
This company deserves to go out of business as soon as possible

Sending documents abroad

Sent contracts to Egypt took 11days and yet not arrived ,when I querried I was told it will take 2 days but yet 11 and not delivered!!! DON NOT USE THIS COMPNAY AT ALL!!

This company is terrible! They delivered my parcel to another person, I tried several time to talk with them, but I just talk with the robot! Don't use them services, it.s useless.

Excellent and Speedy Service

Excellent service. Requested express service for next day delivery as I needed the personal item urgently. The item was collected from my sisters address in Manchester, UK within 30 minutes of booking the request via the website on 19/04/2023. I received the item on 20/04/2023 at my address in Dublin, Ireland. The entire process took less than 24 hours. I have to say I’m very impressed with the speed.

From an ugly duckling to a swan

6 months ago I would have given TNT.ie a one star rating, but the transformation in those last 6 months have been nothing short of amazing IMO.
What has caused this transformation? Well I can't say for sure but I strongly suspect that it's to do with the merger with FedEx?
What I do know is that the quality of service has improved dramatically!! They deliver when they say, and the couriers are helpful and pleasant.
Here's an example...
Recently I ordered from a company in Bulgaria on a Saturday afternoon and the package arrived the following Monday. I couldn't believe it, two days to travel from Sofia to the middle of Ireland??
And over a weekend as well? Unbelievable.
So, to anyone who has had bad experiences with TNT.ie in the past (including me) I would say...
Give them another go as you might be surprised?
And to anyone involved in the change who may be reading this.. You may have created a miracle, so give yourself a pat on the back and a pay rise. Well done!

I give 1 star becasue you can´t rate less to have the review published.
They have held goods for over a week and cannot give a delivery date.
They operate on a Computer says no approach....
So after a week we are forzed to go to TNT to pick up the goods, because they "a courier company" cannot fulfill their obligations.

Similar to other reviews. Got an invoice for custom charges, which I paid, but still receiving endless invoices despite numerous emails to theirs disputes department and showing proof. Complete joke of a company.

Absolutely disgusting disaster of a company do not deal with them stupid customer service don’t have answers and asking me what way they can do to proceed with my shipment, four days late picking it up in Germany, via email it would be here on a certain date , I’ve taken the day off work to receive it and only to be told it won’t arrive for another two days, please please DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY, no body cares not even customer service

I keep getting a customs bill which…

I keep getting a customs bill which I've paid. When I email the customer service email listed on the invoice (IE_customer_queries@tnt) with proof of payment, no one responds. I've been getting the bill once a month for almost 2 years now.

The worst part is the bill was only for €10 and they've spent more than that on postage by now but they just won't stop.

Unbelievable 👎 service. The package should arrive by 30th Dec. But no. They have tried to delivery on 3rd of Jan. butreceiver was not home. They didnt left a card. Onlu tracking number showed that they tries to deliver. Receiver contactes them and they said they will redeliver on 4th or 5th Jan. They not evrn asked shipping number only his name they said they remember of him. Lol sure. Anyway its 7th of Jan. and no sign at all when they will deliver it. NEVER USE THIS SERVICE. 👎 COMPANY. In 2023 how they can provide a service like this? If we can call it service?
