It took more than two months for part of my order to be delivered, and the pajamas never arrived. I ordered them in mid-November. It is now January 5th, and I still haven't seen them. The T-shirts I did get are are boxed shaped and stiff. They are made in China and shipped from there. No guarantee you will ever receive your package.

These are such a hit! My daughter adores them and has been wearing them nearly every night ever since Christmas. They're wonderfully soft, have a perfect fit, and are so cozy, we couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Absolutely dreadful. Items arrived with poor quality fabric and ill-fitting. No ability to return. After a lot of emailing back and forth they offered me a partial refund, which never appeared. Better to just set fire to a £50 bank note and enjoy the heat.

Like many others, I had to wait a while to receive this item, but honestly, the quality and style are worth it. It's exactly as described on the site.

My package is missing. Funny thing is I even bought it with insurance. While the customer service insists on directing me to the police with a photo of the package, without any sign showing where it’s been dropped, plus a photo of my pretty building.

The customer service said to us that they need 1-7 business days to process orders before shipment, not 1-7 days to get my order, I did not notice it. Order arrived yesterday and we all quite satisfied with these items.

The pajamas are very low quality, dollar store level. Really surprising for the price.

There are so many other designs I want to buy, lol! The styles are exactly my taste, especially after receiving the pajamas, they're such great quality.

I was nervous after I bought 5 pair of PJs and then read the reviews. Tokyover kept me informed about shipping. Sent a tracking number when they shipped and I received them within 3 weeks from the time I placed the order. I tried mine on and they fit well and the quality is good not great but good. Not sure how they will hold up after a few washes but I think they are great.
