Shipping took a long time since it came from China not the address on site. The material is cheap and the print was blown out. I tried to return them but the phone # is always busy and every email is another hoop to jump through and I was still never given return instructions or shipping address. Had to report as fraud to my bank.

I placed an order needing it by a certain date. It was getting close and I reach out to customer service. They could not have been more helpful. They helped locate my order and did everything in their power to get it to me as fast as possible. I should have ordered sooner. I was so impressed and grateful for the response and support I received! It’s so nice to know that there are still customer support teams who truly care!! Thank you thank you for all you did for me!

Terrible product - images on garments are blurry and indistinct (unlike the representation on their website). Fabric has very cheap plastic feel. And customer service makes it *impossible* to return item.

This company does not honor their posted return policies and expect folks to send purchases back to China at considerable expense.

These pjs are absolutely lovely to wear. Sizing tip for fellow shoppers: I'm a size 12 and opted for an XL because I love oversized, comfy pjs, but a L would've fit me perfectly. No need to size up that much if you want a relaxed fit.

Do not buy from this company. The clothing is cheap rubbish from China with no label and the sizes are all over the place.

Their phone number is FAKE and their street address is FAKE.

Absolutely terrible. I tried to cancel before it shipped because it was taking several weeks to even ship and I wouldn't get it by Christmas. I got no response from my cancelation ask.
Then I discovered it was coming from overseas not the US, and the order definitely wouldn't get here by Christmas.
I am now trying to return said order in which they don't make returning easy either. You have to request a return, in which I'm not getting a response either.
