Just AWFUL cheap products and TERRIBLE customer service

Given the price we paid for the PJ set I could not believe the poor quality of the product. The elastic on a small size (I have a 27 inch wasit) cut so badly into my waist that I couldn't even wear them. Clearly super cheaply made. Then their customer service team was beyond terrible - they kept bartering with me offering tiny discount offers "11%" "13%" etc. Just embarassing and so frustrating! I am now left with a PJ set that is totally unwearble.

Do not order anything from this site

Do not order anything from this site. I've been waiting well over 5 weeks for my order to come through. I keep getting ambiguous updates. It's clear that this is a sham site. Stay away from it. Put your money elsewhere. Please heed my warning and don't fall for it. Do not order from Tokyover!

Product was unique; shipping was lengthy

My product took 24 days to arrive, but I will say that if you look at their shipping guidelines and dates, they are upfront about their lead times. If the site were transparent on the front page, allowing consumers to easily understand shipping guidelines, some of these negative reviews would not have occurred. The pajama sets I ordered are true to size, well-made, and were a hit for the holidays.

This company is a scam

This company is a scam, do not order. They will not ship and they will take 10% cancellation fee, they will just wait for you to cancel and take the 10% from your total order. That is how they take your money.

I would stay clear of this site

I would stay clear of this site. I ordered a sweatshirt 2 weeks ago for a Xmas present for my son. It still has yet to ship. I have emailed their customer support three times and they will not respond to my request for an update on status. At this point I am filing a claim with PayPal as I do not even think this is a legit business.

I was a little nervous because the reviews weren't great. Email contact took 2 days. The shipping was quick and tracked by YUN post. Arrival to Canada about 2 days and 3 days in customs so 6 days to ny door. Quality ok, happy with the sweatshirt and cute graphic.

STAY AWAY! THEY'RE SCAM DROPSHIPPERS!!!

TDLR: I would warn everyone to stay away from this website because they are dropshippers!!!

I had no idea that their products were being shipped from China which was a huge red flag that the products would most likely be inauthentic/ fakes/ dupes --I was right.

Upon receiving the Dodger hat I ordered, I noticed that it already had a factory grease stain on it. I pointed this out and asked for a return. Additionally, I mentioned that the beige that was received was completely inaccurate to the "beige" that was pictured online (which I now realize is a photo from the original maker that they copied and pasted into their ecom). The ecom image was bone-white colored whereas the one I received was a yellow beige.

Annie was in contact with me and her response was that I color adjusted the photos I sent her. How rude??? That is so accusational, especially toward a new customer. I told her that my photos were in no way doctored because why would I waste my precious time for a product that is less than $30?
As you can already tell, this wasn't going to be an easy experience to create a return even though their website claims that it would be lol.
To further my evidence, I sent an entirely raw video of the stain, the whole hat, the tag, and the sku code on the plastic bag it arrived in.
She totally disregarded my video and said to send better photos. GIRL, WHAT???
So I send 11 photos over to her. And since this has been such a long correspondence process that should have only taken 24-48 hours to complete, I ended up having to inadvertently study my hat to find ALL of the discrepancies about it. Stitching in the center of the logo (when the ecom photo had none), two additional stitching pattern lines on the bill, exposed stitching connecting the dome to the bill, oh and eyelets (which were not indicated on the photo or site description). Let's just say that the low quality really showed in comparison to the expectation you'd have from seeing the ecom photo.

Everything was basically false advertisement and Annie has made it feel like pulling teeth to request for a refund. She would rather keep $30 than get a loyal returning customer.

So here I am, the opposite of that, a customer that complains on public business review sites because I believe it's my job to let people know about a real experience. All the positive reviews on here must be bots. Had this been a good experience, I would've ordered something else from the site or would give it a green light if any friends or family shop there. It's a shame that I had to even write this but I do this only to inform future curious buyers about the headache it's been to deal with such a small online transaction. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT SHOP HERE. They don't care about the customer's experience. They just want to hold onto your money for as long as possible. I wouldn't be surprised if they also phish information since they love scamming people.

My advice to them? Just sell things that you actually design yourself and don't steal others' intellectual property. Get a better customer service agent that actually understands how to respect customers. It's not that hard. Run a proper business and you'll be way more successful.

The first hat photo you provided did include three green color blocks. We asked for a new photo purely because it didn’t align with our requirements, not because we thought you edited the image in any way.

Your second email had a video (with no green blocks!), but the platform hid it by default, Annie missed it initially, but our customer service team has now confirmed the video. The hat in it is exactly the beige you ordered.

The slight darkness of the received hat’s beige might be caused by supplier batch differences, and factors like lighting, shooting gear, or angles.

If you still intend to return or exchange the item, please feel free to reply to our email whenever you’re available. We’ll assist you with the process right away.

I sent an email to customer service inquiring about the status of my order, since I either didn't receive or accidentally deleted my confirmation email and didn't have a tracking link.

Within two days, I had a super helpful response from Annie with all the information I needed and my order was delivered that same day!

The tshirt (Live Laugh Toaster Bath) is good quality - thick and soft. The design is clear and looks like it will hold up to repeated washings. I'm pleased with my order and will definitely order from them again!

I ordered a printed sweatshirt and 2 x Tshirts. All arrived 3 weeks later. Average quality. I think they must use vinyl transfer but the shirts themselves are well made. However the sweatshirt I bought had some unintelligible writing as the caption under a picture. It was supposed to say Musee du art moderne de la monceau paris and ended up reading “Yussc Aor woocrnc…” so I sent a message to support. Annie replied - she seems like an AI bot. She said they sent me the right product and sent me a link. Written multiple times after that to get an appropriate response but nothing. Not helpful and super frustrating. This is a Chinese company. Just be aware that they won’t be held accountable for their mistakes and their support is very poor.

Ordered from Australia, slight delay as shipping company wanted clarification of address. I contacted Annie at Tokyover via email and received exceptional service from that point onward, shipment arrived a week later. Product very different to pictures

The hoodies shown on this website are NOT what will be delivered. The website advertises “washed” hoodies and shows a picture of a great looking hoodie with a “washed” style look and appear to be a decent thick material expected of a hoodie.

The actual product received is cheap flimsy part spandex type material. No “washed” look, not at all the material shown in the picture.

When asked for a refund they want you to ship the product back to china at your cost. The website does say you need to pay for returns, but I feel a scam product should not need to be paid to return. Plus they list a Long Beach CA address, but thats just a postal annex. There was no mention of shipping from China (although honestly that part I expected)
