I have ordered from here before and was very happy with the dresses but this time prices doubled, dresses were half inch small and cigarette smell in all of my dresses was very disappointing.

Have to say, these guys are top quality, sorted me out when I was let down by my first supplier, would highly recommend, great work and very tidy.

I bought two dresses. I dont love the material, it crumbles and not as summery and comfortable as I thought it would be. The reason I’m giving the company 2 stars is that I requested to return it 2 weeks ago and haven’t heard back yet.

Very bad customer service and worst return /exchange policy. Emailed them and tried to reach them so many times but received no response. Quality of the material is bad and size chart is off. Never buy from them as you will end up getting wrong size and won’t be able to return or exchange. Bogus!! Don’t ever buy from them you will end up wasting money!

Return policy of this company is such that you have no way of complying with it, if I can give them 0 stars I would, everyone needs to be aware that if you buy from them you can't return, what they do is, have 14 days after you place your order no returns will be accepted, so upon placing the order they didn't ship it until 7 days after plus the time until order reached me there was no time left to comply with their return policy, so I emailed them thinking they might do something about it and this was their reply:
Hope this email finds you well.
Actually we are really sad for that to happen but we sincerely apologize because we can't return the dresses if the return period has expired .
However at Tolavita customer satisfaction is our responsibility so you can take advantage of the exchange option where you can keep the dresses and order others for $45 for every single dress. ( you have the right to choose the model and the size)

so basically, I get to keep the dress i can't use and spend additional money to buy more, if they don't fit I can keep them lol!!!!

I love the material and more than anything loved that it was on sale!!

Shipping- good speed. Nicely packaged. True to size. Material seems to be good quality. Fits weird at shoulders (both dresses bought). Both dresses also had a high unpleasant smell that doesn't go away even after multiple washings.

I got 3 dresses, they were all beautiful and well made.
