Perfectly Pleated Dresses
Beautiful garment. The fabric was soft but not transparent. The pleats were made well and will hold their shape nicely. The size was customized to my shorter height which fit perfectly. I truly appreciate Tolavita customizing the size for free. For the first time ever, I can wear the dress straight out of the box! Thanks, Tolavita!

length adjustments are not available at item level. I ended up getting the wrong length for one of the skirts, and was told I did not indicate which ones to be adjusted. Cannot validate as order email did not include the notes we entered.

Perfect Fit
Both dresses are gorgeous and fit like a they were custom tailored for me! A perfect fit! I emailed customer service regarding customizing the height of the dresses and they responding immediately. Shipping was very fast. Packaging was wrapped in plastic to keep them dry during shipping. Very professional. Would buy again.

I have asked for a return but there has been no contact from the team regarding that. It has been almost 2 weeks now. Very unprofessional service.
Edit after 1 month:
Still no contact from the customer service team after responding in the comments here, no follow up. I finally had to wear the dress which I intended to return and the cut and fit was of such poor quality. Material was very average too. Will never buy again from this store.
