The Kati Pleat dress I purchased is too small, even in comparison to their own poppy pink dress. I have tried contacting these guys multiple times but no one is responding. Extremely disappointed by the customer service

I’m so happy I found Tolavita!!
I have been reading about how good the customer service is… but now I experienced it myself!! Best customer service ever!! Thank you Tolavita! The dresses are beautiful and comfortable! Especially the diamond pleat and new flora pleat dress! I love the side zipper. Makes it so easy to wear. I wish all the dresses had side zips.

The dresses are Beautiful. Sizing is not accurate and does not take a fuller more mature body type into account. Next time I will order a size larger. Quality is great and fabric is beautiful.
