I reached out to find where to purchase replacement parts for a breastpump I was given. My inquiry was warmly received and my chat consultant was very prompt and helpful. I was supplied with the replacement parts in a prompt and efficient manner.

Had the best experience with customer service, both on call (with Angel), and through Facebook (with Rowan and Sam). I was facing problems with a product and they shipped spare parts to me for free and so very easily. Highly recommended!

A smaller flange was required for the “made for me” pump & shipment of the correct size was arranged straight away.
