great customer service provided by Dee after being contacted via the website. was contacted within half an hour of submitting a question via the website (in business hours) which is among the best customer service I have received on any website! very helpful and provided everything I needed.

Great quality products, all my babies have loved their tommee tippee bottles and taken straight to them despite being nursed. Only brand I will use.

Great customer service
All the staff I spoke with were super helpful (Jenna, Sam, Rowan, Susie) they sent me detailed help with replacing my parts and ensuring I had the correct measurements etc. They sent all the items I needed on Friday and received by Tuesday super quick delivery. Very grateful to everyone who helped out, great customer service received.

I have bought the tommee tippee single…
I have bought the tommee tippee single breast pump and the flange is too big. I reached out and with great response time, a lovely lady named Debbie assisted me on our to measure for the correct fit and has sent out inserts for free. Amazing experience!

Great customer service
I have the Tommee Tipper Made for you electric breast pump and I needed new parts for it.
I spoke to a lady named Jenna in regards to this, she was absolutely lovely to talk to. She assisted me to get the replacement parts I needed and made me feel like I was a valued customer.

Best customer service from JADE!!!
I messaged Tommee Tippee Facebook page to make aware that I followed all instructions on the box to self sterilise the bottles and it did not work out. JADE was AMAZING with communication she was fast, kind and very helpful I explained my situation and she had all ears and even gave me FREE bottles that I was not expecting at all. I sent a Facebook message to Tommed Tippee AU asking where I could purchase different size flanges for my pump - not only were they super quick at replying to me but they sent me 2 sets of flanges in the size I needed for FREE ( I was more than happy to pay for these). Totally recommend TT

It’s 2.18am and I am writing this review only for the great services I have received from Sophie! Excellent customer service. My Tommee Tippee Dreammaker Sleep Aid is not working properly, Sophie tried her best to help and troubleshoot and finally sending me a new replacement! I am beyond greatful.
