Customer service help

I’ve always heard great things about this brand and I finally got to experience first hand how amazing this brand and their team is! I had some issues back to back with a couple sippy cups and lanre and Kelly were so very helpful and calm with me during our conversation about my sippy cups.

Wonderful customer service

Messaged them on Facebook to thank them for the amazing products they have and to personally invite them to my baby shower, Nicholas was awesome and got to send me a baby shower gift. Super thankful!

Active spout replacement parts

I reached out to them through their Facebook page about getting replacement valve parts for their active spout cups because that's the only cup my autistic child will drink from, and they said that they are currently out of stock of the valve replacement parts,so they offered to send me new cups for the inconvenience. Great company. All my kids used their sippy cups and bottles.

The Tommee Tippee Electric Pump has…

The Tommee Tippee Electric Pump has been the best for me on both of my pumping journeys with my children, and I needed to order replacement parts. I spoke with Kelly and she was wonderful, and helped me quickly.

Quick help

I just got my second Natural Start bottle kit, and it was missing the largest bottle. I spoke with Honorine, who was kind, efficient, and professional.
After our phone conversation, she send me an email right away, and our conversation was fast and smooth.
She is an excellent customer service representative in her efficiency, her tone, and her attention to details and to the customer.

It was easy to use the AI chat

It was easy to use the AI chat and it seemed to understandwhat I needed. The only thing that could have made the experience better was having a live agent immediately reach out and resolve the issue instead of putting me in a ticket queue.

Amazing Customer Service and Products

I contacted Tommee Tipee and requested a spare part. They were excellent to deal with. Very quick to reply and ended up sending me a new device. I was very impressed by the customer service. I also have a few of their products and they have all become staples in our house. Highly recommend. Martin, Jude & Andy were the ones that helped me and they were great

Nicholas was fast with the shipment

Nicholas was fast with the shipment. I was hesitant about the free breast pump parts and replacement parts but it went through and I received communication almost immediately with a follow up email from Nicholas with tommee tippee and I received the package 2 days later. Swift and effecient!

My Littles love the Flip Top insulated…

My Littles love the Flip Top insulated cups and other styles that I have used. Keeps beverages cold, while also giving them the independence of having a 'big' kid cup of their own. Also customer service is fantastic. I needed to replace the straws for the Flip top and the solutions was fantastic

Superstar straw cup

The product is made well as my daughter loves them, and I had the pleasure of dealing with Jude and Sophie for customer service because my daughter chewed through the straw and they were phenomenal and sent out a replacement.

Great product. Outstanding service. I wrote on the customer service chat after hours yesterday . I was on “pause” for a while, so I discontinued. This morning I had an email (not automated). Several associates contacted me right away to assist me in getting the product I needed.
